Can't fault them
Can't fault them, package came in 2 parts so i rang them and within minutes they told me the hour time slot of the HGV.
The driver was very helpful. parked in side St and used pallet truck to deliver to front of shop.
Just placed another order so more than happy to recommend them.

Card Stands
Always excellent service. I purchased several card stands from here. On each occasion they kept me up to date as to how the orders were progressing. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was concerned about the display cabinet I bought a because it was all glass. Should not have worried at all. The packaging was astonishing and the parcel arrived in one piece. Customer service was very good too. Thanks very much!

Iam not happy at all my order were…
Iam not happy at all my order were online with sizes to cut ..but they send borad as its ...even when I email them never they reply about this problem that cost me money to cut them .

Check the order and customer note I asked for sizes that I want and we talk over the phone and online chatting asking same question about cutting the answer yes we do just put sizes in customer note I did. After o rrcived without cutting I email and try to receive any reply online nothing come .so its your mistake .

You are being very unfair indeed.
From our internet shopping site, you ordered 4 of our 1200 X 1200 Slatwall panels in Beech @ £27.20 each including inserts .... and that is what we dispatched and you received.
You did not pay for the panels to be cut to size as we do not offer a cut to size service on our website.
If you had placed the order over the phone, we could have told you the costs for cutting the Slatwall to size so you could have paid for the service and received the panels cut to the sizes.
Cutting to size of Slatwall is not a free service and you did not pay so did not get. You get for what you pay for in life. Simples.

So, replying to your added notes.
As stated above, cut to size can only be over the phone - it is impossible any other way.
You did not pay for the boards to be cut to size - that being so, you received the 1200 x 1200 slatwall. You paid for what you received.
This is the last time that we will be replying on this matter.
Good service and panels but room for improvement

Driver was v friendly but could not help with the unloading which was OK.

We can easily explain the delivery aspect. The van delivery cost was for a dedicated service of a van with solely your order. You decided to take the normal delivery method which is for a hub based "groupage" service which 99.9% of the time is on an HGV. It was really fortunate that the local haulier decided to use a small van for the delivery to your door - for which we are all very pleased.
We are also very happy that the slatwall arrived safely, the driver was friendly and overall you are pleased with us and look forward to hearing from you again.

Competitively priced plus I needed a large order delivered on a certain date which they arranged no problem at all. Will be ordering from these guy again.

Really impressed, when I ordered it said delivery would be a few days but I literally received the items the next day.
The hangers are great, good quality at a reasonable price.
