Ultramarathon Running Store Anmeldelser

First time I’ve used them and service was great. They sell a far wide range in the different colours and size than I could find elsewhere and delivery was good

As always, great service and really fast delivery!

I have bought many times from the Ultramarathon Running Store. Their customer service is second to none! I wouldn't buy from anywhere else and I can't recommend them enough.

Just placed my sixth order with this company. Always great price, great service and great products. Always get a fast response when I email Keith with a question too.

The best European shop I found on the internet, for the shoes I wanted!
Quick handling of my order. Perfect for me!

Brilliant service.
Quick delivery. Great website that worked simply and effectively.

One of the best online retailers I know! My go-to shop for all things trail running! Keith and his team offer a top notch customer service!
I had an issue with a pair of Hokas. I was invited to return them and received a full refund there and then. Oh and the snappy delivery service is ace 👌🏃😊

great trainers (hoka Mafate speed 2), third pair i have bought from ultramarathon store, 2nd class free shipping took 2 days to get to me, excellent service.....

I've made a couple of orders now with the URS and been really impressed with the service. Good range of products and options for delivery.

Will certainly use again!

A great shop from an ultra trail runner for the ultra trail runners!
Very serious and quick shipping.

I bought shoes and running backpack. They have been responsive - reliable - good price: great service

Great products, fast delivery.

Great customer service. If you are into your running (like I am) and find it difficult to find the products you are after in mainstream stores, here is a solution. I ordered several items over the past few months and not only has every item been competitively priced (often quite a bit cheaper than other online retailers as well), but most importantly, the communication and customer feedback has been outstanding.
Can highly recommend it.

Was looking for a pair of Hoka One One Speed Instinct 2’s in UK size 8 after reviewing on Hoka’s Site and were sold out.
After a quick google search i came across a hand full of company’s with them in stock one being URS. If you feel ordering clothing from a Google suggested is a bit of a gamble you are not alone, so i read some past reviews and the company seemed legit, i made my order and as promised my shoes and Drymax socks arrived after two days. To my delight a bonus extra had been sent, a Chia snack bar, delicious!
After a day of walking around the house within the shoes I wasn’t convinced i had the right size, I wrote an email to Keith expressing my thoughts asking if a pair of 7.5’s could be sent so as i could wear besides each other in comparison. Keith replied to my email within the hour and said my request wouldn’t be an issue. I paid for the 7.5’s and they were delivered the very next day, a Saturday. I was given 5 days grace to try on and compare the shoes within my home and returned the 8’s 100% satisfied.
Keith went above and beyond to ensure of this satisfaction, thank you Keith.
I will definitely use his company Ultramarathon Running Storeagain in the near future, you should too.

Needed some new FRA qualifying Waterproofs with taped seams, found quite a lot of online providers lacking in detailed description of items i.e. whether taped seams or not, UMRS clearly stated details, Also needed items for upcoming race in the next few days. Found some Inov8's on UMRS at a great price, ordered at 2.58pm, delivered the following day at 9am. Will look to use UMRS again for more kit.

Bought Hoka One One Bondi 5's in size 12, after chasing Keith for stock levels via a few back-and-to emails. They arrived two working days after I ordered them, but unfortunately the fit was too small. I returned them and had the 12.5 Wides sent out immediately, arriving the day after Keith received my returns. The 12 wides fit comfortably around the lower foot but are loose around the ankle (even with the bunny ear lace-up), but this is an error on my part, and the risk of buying new shoes online. The customer service, patience and speed of reply will definitely have me coming back for my next pair, thanks Keith.

Excellent. Friendly, efficient and personal service. Good value, high quality products at reasonable prices and very fast delivery. After just over one week as a customer I have ordered twice.

Very easy to buy any item, shipping worldwide.
