Really quick turn around of an order for socks and lube ahead of the Winter Wychavon Way Ultra. Everything was in stock and it arrived before the pre-race panic started.

I have used this shop now a number of times for kit and consumables, have been very happy with an exemplary service. I will be recommending to others and using the store again. Thanks Keith, keep up the great work. May see you at an ultra in the future, keep on running. 🏃🏽‍♂️

I needed to exchange an item which was bought as gift for a different size. Keith was quick to respond and kept me up to date throughout the returns process. Unusually good customer service and communication, thanks!

So impressed - I had a minor problem with a race vest however it was easy (and free) to return the item - and they sent a replacement immediately - with no hassle.
Impeccable customer service.

Ordered a pair of trail shoes late on Thursday night and I'm wearing them before midday on Saturday. Great price, super-quick tracked delivery, and I was kept informed at every stage.
It's 24 years since I last laced up a pair of off-road shoes and there have been a few changes, from gear tech to online purchasing.
I'm very pleased with this first encounter and I'll definitely be returning for more equipment as I progress.

Always quick delivery and a good range of products

I have been trying to get hold of a Ultimate Direction Fastpack 40 for months and thanks to the excellent help and support from Suzanne, I now have one! Great website, really good communication and customer service and delivery within 24hrs. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Good product selection at competitive prices. Delivery was quick, unfortunately I had to return item as it didn't fit but free returns were easy and processed very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Easy to navigate website, but I required a question answering and the response was e mailed within minutes.
Ordered through PayPal and the shoes arrived within 2 days with the standard delivery.
I was initially sceptical due to the massive saving in price from the manufacturer’s web page as well as other online sports shoes companies, however, I got what I wanted for a brilliant price. Very happy, will definitely come back and will recommend to others.
Thanks for the great service. HappyRunning!
