I bought a lovely shower enclosure from this company and am very happy with how it looks. However shortly after installation my husband tightened one of the internal handle screws and the metallic plastic cover broke off. I contacted the company to ask about a replacement, and they apologised and sent me a whole replacement handle straight away.
I’m very happy with my purchase and the company’s can-do attitude, and would certainly buy their products again.

Poor service. Bought a tray and stored it for 2 years until the bathroom was ready to fit. The tray was warped when I went to fit and they wouldn’t replace, offer a discount or any good will gesture towards the cost of disposal. They said I should have checked it on arrival which I did but only for damage not for warping. How was I supposed to know??? Maybe I should have requested a drawing with their manufacturing tolerances on? I had to buy another as I was committed to that shower by that point so I hope this one doesn’t warp and right off my bathroom. Don’t risk it!! By this point I couldn’t even be bothered to complain about the screws missing and the chrome caps for the self tappers being the wrong size. (Btw the tray was stored flat in the bathroom which has no windows so it must have been a manufacturing fault. ) at the end of the day I just asked for a bit of good will and they refused. The retailer tried to help but the decision to offer no assistance was ultra finishings.

I have purchased 3 complete shower sets from Ultra Finishing. I think the product quality is excellent. I had a minor issue with a valve which wouldn't seal fully. Without any quibble at all, a replacement was sent which arrived the next day. As a Halifax born lad, it makes me proud to see that level of customer service from a Yorkshire based company. I will have no hesitation in buying their products again.

After nearly 20 years of fantastic performance, the shower I had bought from a high street retailer (and recently discovered was an Ultra Finishing product), final started to show the tests of time and required a service kit. I could offer nothing but a photograph to identify the product which Ultra Finish were able to quickly identify and provide the internal service kit for - which after 20 years is in itself a miracle!

Whilst the service kit was a perfect fit, the shower unit is now a discontinued product line and the old dial mechanisms wouldn't marry with new service kit. Without hesitation Ultra Finish provided me with a new set of hands free of charge.

Throughout my communications and transactions with the various members of the team, they were nothing other than professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Exceptional customer service from a company that manufacture great products and value their customers old and new.

Great customer service!! I bought an ex-showroom radiator and later found out it had some brackets missing (my fault, I know). Called Ultra Finishing and they sent them immediately and for free. Really friendly phone conversation. No hassle. Brightens up the day, when a problem disappears.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, AWFUL AFTERSALES SERVICE, PARTS MISSING FROM BOX, NOW HAVE TO WAIT 10 DAYS, AND BE LECTURED ON HOW I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED EVERY PART WAS PRESENT WITHIN 72HRS OF DELIVERY, YET THEY SAY THEY DONT EVEN CHECK THERE OWN PRODUCTS !!!!! THEY JUST ARRIVE IN A CONTAINER AND GET SENT OUT, CHEAP TUK FROM CHINA WITH A FANCY WEBSITE !!!!!

I want to see a sample colour of bathroom units before buying. Website gives nearest suppliers. First one doesn't sell their products any more. Second one does but has no samples to show me. Didn't want to waste more time and petrol. Asked head office if they could send me two little samples. Curt reply - 'we don't deal with end users'. Seems like they are not bothered with customers. I'l just have to get another make of furniture. Edit: re. their reply below which seems quite reasonable, I did give them my details so they could 'overcome the problem personally' and they just repeated they couldn't help and I should go to a supplier. Thanks!

I replaced the temperature unit in my shower second half of last year, it has started going faulty 8 months later, I went to Ultra Finishing to obtain a replacement fully expecting to pay for a replacement.
I spoke to James explaining my situation, without hesitation he arranged for a replacement FOC as it had gone faulty within the time scales mentioned. No quibble, no hesitation, I received the item in the post just a few days later, now that's good service and a company that I would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing customer service!
They went above and beyond to help me , they replied very quickly and nothing was too much trouble.
I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

Having spent the last few days, with the water tuned off, most of the time, due to the amount of water pouring out of our shower head, we received our new SACDV valve yesterday, that you posted out to us last Friday, I fitted it more or less straight away, turned the water back, brilliant no leaks.
We can not thank you enough for all your effort & knowledge in solving our problem, you are a hero to us, once again THANK YOU.

I bought triple and twin valves from them in 2012 upon recommendation from my old plumber who went on a paternity leave and left plumbing scene. The customer service had been superb in the aftercare. Some hiccups during the purchasing stage when the guy keep sending me twin valve instead of triple valve with a diverter. Thought little of the company first, but the aftercare is great and changed my heart. Always good , immediate response, spare parts available, non-nonsense and simple dialogues. After Thames water meter installation i got problems with boiler and valves. UF was great to diagnose and send two spares. Then helped the incompetent plumber to understand what is wrong. And having Eileen to guide me through the problems was so reassuring as well as empowering. IF she cracks plumbing better that plumber himself, maybe next time I call her first and plumber second. Or no plumber at all

James Chippendale, Technical Team Leader, was extremely helpful in resolving our problem & went above & beyond what is normally expected. Great job. Great after sales service.

Excellent service. I had a fault with a vanity unit drawer and without quibble or questions they send me a complete new unit after emailing proof of purchase from a bathroom centre. Fantatisc service and other suppliers should follow Ultra Finishing's example of customer service. Well done.

A small fault developed on our Hudson Reed shower head so I contacted Ultra-Finishing. A nice, helpful woman asked me to email photos and my proof of purchase. Within minutes she phoned back to say they would send me a brand new one. It arrived the next day. I wish all my problems were solved so easily!

I lost a panel off a vanity unit (whilst touting it round looking for a suitable tile) and feared an expensive replacement. They replaced it within days totally free of charge. So far so good.

Ive been trying to get a correct replacement seal for a shower supplied by Ultra Finishing through Victorian Plumbing since November 2017 but they keep sending incorrect seals and everyone has arrived bent, seems very poor service to me.
