Declined my certificate as the safe is not built correctly. There is flex on the hinge side of the door between the two locks, enough that the FEO could get his fingers into the gap, I’ve been told to get a new cabinet or remove the door and have it reinforced by a welder.
Ordered a gun cabinet on the 7th December, continuously checked the order status which said processing but delivery time 2/4days.
Chased my order on the 17th December because no update on the order only to receive a response today saying it’s out of stock and they are processing a refund. So 6 days before Christmas I have to find an alternative!!
If I hadn’t chased that order I am not sure they would have notified me

Avoid at all costs!!! My safes came damaged and incorrectly assembled- sent back and asked for the expensive delivery money back and have just been fobbed off ever since!!!
Was quickly informed of no stock and refunded within a week no problem November 2022 🤩

I just ordered a new one and want to cancel but the number to call does not work.
Ordered, waited a week given the 2-4 day delivery timeframe given, chased, told there was no stock, asked for refund, still waiting for a refund a day later. Why did I have to wait a week and for me to chase before I was told it was out of stock, this is 2022, you knew you had no stock when you took my order so contact me immediately and tell me this, don't earn interest on my money against a product you can't actually sell.

Ordered the product. Received the normal confirmations. Waited to hear for about a week for delivery, but nothing. emailed for follow up, to be told none in stock, refund being made. No alternatives offered, just refund. Said why have you not offered alternative? Why did I have to chase you for delivery?
No real response. Given 2 as they have returned my money.
Like other people I should have read the reviews, but I concentrated on looking at youtube vids on the gun cases.
my problem was that I ordered a 5 gun cabinetr, and recieved a 3 gun cabinet which is too narrow for my rifles with scopoes fitted.
Emailed them no response, tried phoning them, not even a dial tone.
Fortunately I paid by Paypal so I may have some hope of getting my money back.
Terrible online experience. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Emailed to enquire about the status of my order and out of the blue was sent a refund through PayPal with no accompanying explanation or email. I have been waiting for this for over a month (delivery was estimated 1 Sep) and now to be ignored… I should have just bought it elsewhere and had it installed by now! What a joke of a company would stay well clear
I ordered my gun cabinet on 26/7/22 with the expectation of a 2-4 day delivery. Five days later, I am trying to chase up my cabinet via email and phone calls. I received a standard automated email of no actual use. Four days later, they sent me the same useless email twice. Two days further on from my following email, they reply to my email to say, ‘Thank you for your question below. We are afraid due to a technical problem with our system, your order was sent to our warehouse yesterday.’ I have no idea how this helps me! I asked for help and received the following,’ Thank you for your questions below. Your order will be dispatched later today/tomorrow, and the courier should deliver it to you in 2 - 5 working days. Nine days later, still nothing and no communication. I don’t think I’m dealing with a romantic type of gun shop in the Cotswolds! I have no idea how they have such a high rating, as there is no help or follow-up to justify this. To me, It feels like I have someone sitting behind a computer between myself and China scenario. Twenty days and still wondering.
Ordered cabinet was delivered in 3 days good service
Ordered the safe, I had to contact them a week later to chase it as it hadnt arrived to be told they had no stock left and would need to wait one month. They only replied after i requested a refund, item was sent through tufnells and marked as delivered but i never recieved the item. I tried contacting ultimate safe sevral times online and by phone and was never contacted. Do not use this company, i had to raise a dispute via the card company as they refuse to answer my queries.
Terrible service. Item arrived damaged - around 30mm of paint chipped off the safe (very obvious with black paint on silver metal). I contacted customer service who's only resolution was to send it back to them for inspection despite the fact that I had supplied multiple images of the damage. They then accused me of installing the safe which I hadn't (I assume so they wouldn't have to accept the return).
Didn't get any resolution to the issue as the only option they will now give me is to return a 50kg safe at my own expense for them to inspect and decide if I qualify for a refund or replacement. So I'm now stuck with a "new" safe which is damaged and I'll have to get repaired myself at my own expense.
Recommend you stay well away from this business. Just have a read through the other reviews on here. Looks like everyone has a similar experience.

No reply to emails or phone calls .had to raise a complaint with PayPal to get a refund.Do not buy from these people .they will take money for out of dtock items and ignore you!
I ordered two safes… the first arrived incredibly quickly!… but did have a slight bit of damage on the top corner where it looks like it’s been dragged along the floor! But no biggy really!… the second safe… no one seems to know where it’s gone and trying to communicate with them is basically impossible! I’ve emailed 4 times and had one very vague response back saying that they’re reviewing and will got back to me either today or tomorrow… that was two days ago now! I’ve rung them honestly about 100 times over the last 3/4 days! And did actually get through to someone today… he basically said if I have a problem with the safe I have to pay for it to be returned to them and they'll send me out a new one!!! Why should I pay to return something damaged! And the one that’s gone missing even though I paid 40 odd quid for 2-4 day delivery and it’s now way beyond that I’ve just been told to wait and it will arrive when it arrives! Absolutely shocking customer service… well none existent customer service! I won’t be using them again… I think if the product arrived undamaged and I hadn’t had to deal with them it would be a different story… but I just wouldn’t want to risk the head ache of trying to contact them!
Absolute rubbish company to deal with customer service a joke won’t exchange want you to send it back and pay for carrier while they inspect it even though you send pictures came damaged in 5 places obviously delivery company damaged it should have bought another one from GDK .don’t buy one from these if you write a negative review on there website they don’t publish it pathetic

I purchased a cabinet from them from their website and it arrived in a few days. Upon opening the box I found the cabinet which weighed a lot with a single layer of flimsy bubble wrap protecting it. As you would imagine there was a dent on the corner with a large piece of paint missing. Nothing serious but when buying something new you expect it to be undamaged. I found the email they had sent me confirming the order and replied with photos of the damage asking what they suggested we do. The next day I got a rather rude reply saying they needed the order number and I must email from the address associated with my order because of GDPR. I replied saying this is the same email and my original message had all of the order detials they had sent me. They then replied saying they are unable to assist me further due to GDPR. A simple issue that could have probably been resolved with an apology turned into me leaving negaitve reviews and contacting Paypal. Without doubt the very worst customer service I have ever experienced. Good luck if you ever get a serious problem with a product they sold. The cabinet is Ok quality but nothing special but the rudeness alone is enough for anyone to look elsewhere.
