We ordered a water feature charger as ours had broke the price was really good ungortantly the delivery company the chose was not very good and they decideded they could not deliver and send it back contacted UK and they immediately sent another one out via DPD and this came the following day then 2 days later the first order turned and UK said keep it for all the trouble caused Excellent service

Dont ever order preformed pond , you get one bent up to bits .. best part is they send it like this knowing the condition in hope you will just except it , these are so out of shape they have been like it for a long time , delivery would never cause this .. terrible how anyone would send you this in first place . i suppose there reply will try to say otherwise , but we are not all stupid . waste of time and money .
Ordered the Bellshill Fountain. 2 days later we go an email to say it was damaged in the warehouse and would receive a full refund in 5 working days.
Went back onto their website to see if there was an alternative. Surprised to see there were still 3 fountains in stock of the one we ordered.
I have emailed the company and got no reply.

Customer service couldn't care less and just said we will let the relevant department know. Checked again product page still showing wrong images.
When we experienced an issue with our delivery, the UK Water Features team dealt with our issue quickly and promptly to our satisfaction. The glass was of good sturdy quality, (much better than the glass we were replacing), and the bulbs were spot on.
Really excellent customer care. The pond arrived damaged so I contacted them with photos and they immediately offered me a full refund or replacement and apologised.
The replacement arrived within three days and it's a cool little pond - deep enough for some fish or newts etc with useful shelves for pots and/or plants.
First delivery came next day but a second order got lost but customer services re ordered and the item took two days to reach me. They were. so helpful. I would recommend this company
After initially receiving a damaged item, I sent photos to Customer Service as instructed. I did not receive an acknowledgement, so after a few days I felt I had to chase them to ensure that they had received it (which did make me worry a bit), but I must say that they did reply to my chaser, and resolved the issue without any fuss, and I received a replacement a few days later. An improvement suggestion would be for customer service to have a telephone number to call, or for them to acknowledge the receipt of emails so that you know that issues are being dealt with.
This was a replacement for a pump that had stopped working under warranty.
Issued raised and item replaced without hesitation.
Would certainly purchase from this company again
Terrible, ordered a water pump for garden water feature 04/05/2025. The item has not been delivered as of today 22/05/2025. I have sent 2 emails and received no response. Surprise, you can’t phone. Please supply goods ordered refund money.
Poor service and lack of response.
Ordered three transformers and one light, received three lights and one transformer. Emailed them straight away. After a week of not hearing from them I sent another email, still not heard anything from them.
There is no other way to contact them so I’m hoping if I leave a negative review here they might actually contact me.
I do need to order more products but if this is how they do business.
Really helpful particularly in regard to my two stupid errors. Nothing was to much trouble which was really appreciated
When my order didn’t arrive I had to enquire about it only to be told it had been damaged .Why didn’t you just resend the order instead of asking me if I would like a replacement or refund
we had a problem with the delivery and it was sorted out in the same week excellent service.

Poor !!! Product was paid for through PayPal, received invoice and detail of product bought ( great 👍) 3-5 working days will receive email with details of postage , 5 days after buying no information sent ! As there is no phone number to speak to someone, emails where the only way to get any answers on issues, emails where sent but it took 3 emails before response. Then I was only getting one email at a time to get my issue sorted after a number of emails asking to check the bank for funds paid they where able to sort out order
This took over 2 1/2 weeks to sort ( as this was a present 🎁 a lot of sleepless nights) the package did arrive but I wouldn’t say the packaging is in great condition but as this is needed unable to send back and replace ( product ok) will not be back to this company !!!!
