UK Supreme Fitness Anmeldelser

Stay well away from UKSF. We put all our trust in these when opening up our first gym. As you can imagine it’s nerve racking spearing the money you do when kitting out a full gym and making sure you go with the right company. This has been by far the worst mistake we have made choose UKSF. We were hounded by the sales rep constantly saying they will beat all the quotes we had from other companies, which they did once we provided the quotes we had. As soon as we sent the money over he didn’t want to know us. Ignored calls/emails constantly. We wanted to add more stock to our order we were told they couldn’t offer the discount we had on the previous order and had to pay full price. When we received the stock it was like we got given what they had left in the warehouse. Kettlebells didn’t match, plates didn’t match, climbing ropes weren’t branded like they are on the website(we had to cut these down our self due the the wrong size), we have had our equipment around 6/7 months nearly all the dumbells are falling apart. We have requested for the kettlebells to be sent out that were are waiting for, the plates to be replaced for the new ones we ordered and the dumbells to be looked at on numerous occasions, but still yet to happen. We were contacted by Tony, the manager after we put a complaint in. We were told this would be sorted straight away and the equipment would be changed free of charge but here we are, this is still yet to happen.

Please make sure you check these guys out before putting all your trust in them like we did.

Great customer service. Fast delivery. Quality all around

These guys ended up kitting out my entire gym purely off the back of the quality of service i received from my first enquiry for what was initially just a few items.

They went above and beyond and as a result i trusted them to deliver the entire project, rig (which is incredible), flooring, racking and day to day use equipment.....old school customer service with a phone number and a real person you can speak with!!
Who'd have thought not hiding behind message requests and emails to build relationships might be a good idea

Best kit about. Good price, excellent quality and built to last. Used this for years in the gym with no issues.

After using UKSF’s kit at a few of the local gyms in my area and being impressed with the quality I decided to order a few bits.Just for those days where I’m pushed for time and want/need to get in a quick workout in at home.
I grabbed myself a bar, 150kg of bumper plates, flat bench, kettle bell and wall ball and it’s all quality kit delivered as expected.
Well worth getting this stuff over some of the cheaper “home gym” kits.
Hopefully next year we get some more decent weather and I can look forward few workouts outside in the sun.
Already thinking about ordering myself some dumbbells from these guys after Christmas.

Great responsive service. The guys were quick and efficient In setting up our work gym. The kit itself is top quality and takes a beating from us all. Smooth process from start to finish. Thanks

I recently purchased equipment from UKSF (UK Supreme Fitness) and couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience. The quality of the equipment is outstanding — robust, well-engineered, and clearly built to a very high standard. Everything feels durable, premium, and designed for long-term use.

From the initial order through to delivery and installation, the entire process was smooth and well-organised. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was delivered and installed exactly as expected, without any issues or delays.

A special shout-out goes to Joseph, who really came through during the installation. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference. The install was carried out efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring everything was set up perfectly.

I would highly recommend UKSF to anyone looking for high-quality fitness equipment backed by excellent service from start to finish.

Amazing service from Rob and the team. Product quality was amazing. Highly recommended

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with UK Supreme Fitness. From start to finish, everything was spot on. The quality of their gym equipment and weights is absolutely top-tier — solid, heavy-duty, and built to last. You can instantly tell this is professional-grade kit!

Delivery was fast and well-packaged, and the communication throughout was excellent. They clearly know their products and take pride in what they sell. Whether you’re building a home gym or upgrading commercial equipment, UK Supreme Fitness has everything you need.

Reliable, high-quality equipment and great customer service — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be buying from them again.

Thank you so much

Bought a foldable ghd, waited months for it only to have parts missing, some still missing now 3 months on. Can't speak about all their equipment, but the ghd I bought was a rubbish cheap Chinese copy with their logo on it. Spoke to one person and then palmed off onto someone else. Crap customer service

Amazing equipment and speedy delivery

Dommage

Amazing service! Asked for a galvanised rig (which is not on the website). No complaining, no worries. "we can sort that out" was the answer. Always kept me up to date with the whole process and the installer had a call with me to help with anything necessary.

You don't get this quality service easily nowadays.

Another positive experience with this company. Decided to buy a bench and squat rack with weights and barbell. UK Supreme Fitness was a company I’d used before and although their prices seemed higher than other sites I checked, the quality of their merchandise seems to exceed that of other companies. I spoke with Rob over the phone, he tailored a package to suit my strength goals and gave me a great deal. The goods are of excellent quality on a par with anything you would find in a professional gym. My order was delivered within a week of purchase. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Après une commande de bumpers ils se sont trompé sur le modèle.
Le commercial français ne répond plus et le responsable n'a plus répondu quand j'ai envoyé la trace des échanges. Première et dernière commande!

I've been a customer of UKSF for quite some time as I always rated their equipment to be of top quality! I recently ordered a heavy kettlebell which hasn't been delivered for a matter of weeks, which was unusual. After a few emails back and forth, they went above and beyond to ensure I get my kettlebell up in the Highlands along with a box of goodies as a way of apologising. I was impressed at how prompt they were to chase this up and have a successful delivery.

Local courier lost the order, supreme fitness stepped in immediately and resolved the situation. Fantastic communication from Dave and others.
Highly recommended the company. Will be returning for future purchases.
Great to see customer service of this quality existing today.

Great work!

Taken delivery from UKSF, ordered some different weighted fractional plates during the recent discount offer.super fast p&p, amazing quality of plates. I will purchase my home gym equipment from UKSF. I have been up to their office and met the team, amazing company, great customer service.

Used this company multiple times, they have improved dramatically since 2019, would now highly recommend!
