Brilliant communication all through the process and the driver was amazing - even given a very narrow road at the end of our trip! Will use again for any future trips for sure.

The vehicle did not have functioning air conditioning, the bluetooth did not work, and several windows were broken. Additionally, the driver arrived 10 minutes late for the return journey. During the trip back, he refused to stop when one of the children needed the toilet, stating that he was required to take a 30-minute rest break instead.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Grate customer service, driver very friendly and helpful, minibus clean and tidy, cant find fault with anything, happy to use then again.

If only i could give 0 stars. Useless company, useless driver. Decided to break the speed barrier all whilst on his phone. When raised the complaint with EDWARD AIDAN, he didn't care and got threatening.

The driver was very punctual for both drop off and collection, and communicated with us well. The bus itself was very nice, and thankfully had good ac for the summer heat.

We had booked several weeks in advance with UK Minibushire for a 22 seater coach to take our families into a wedding on 20 June 2026. We paid a significant deposit and were then asked to pay the final instalment, which we paid on 15 June 2026. We asked for the name of our driver and were told initially that we would told after we paid our final instalment. On paying the final instalment, we were told on 15 June by Edward Aiden, who appears to be the manager, that he would send the drivers details later. We heard nothing from him until 9pm on the night before the wedding. A brief email advising that we would be provided with 3 vehicles to take us to the wedding, rather than the coach we had specifically ordered weeks before. There was no explanation for this change, no apology and we then received contact from a separate company who had been asked to provide these vehicles. I contacted Edward Aiden immediately asking why we were not getting the 22 seater coach we had booked and paid for. He said that the single vehicle had broken down and he had to source an alternative. Again there was no apology or understanding that we had specially requested a coach so that our families could have a shared collective experience of travelling to and back from the wedding. I could easily have arranged taxis, at a much lower cost to get them to and from the wedding. We expressed our disappointment at this outcome and he eventually apologised about the inconvenience. He very unhelpfully said that these "things happen", which was very upsetting at such a late stage before the wedding. The UK Minibushire website asserts several things about their reputation, which we clearly did not experience - "Every traveller trusting us for transportation services can rest assured of experiencing great satisfaction as they travel in our great vehicles. All our minibus and coach vehicles are perfectly maintained" and "Our client support experts will respond promptly to your questions and concerns, our experienced drivers always aim at making sure your trip is more than what you expected, and the vehicle maintenance team ensures that there are no vehicle breakdowns during your journey". I have also requested information about the cost of the 3 replacement vehicles compared to the price we paid for a 22 seater coach which never arrived. I have had no response from Edward Aiden or the company on this. His responses to our concerns and complaints have been brief and have failed to address our concerns. A final insult was their offer to provide a 20% discount on our next booking with the company. We will never use this company again and I would advise anyone to be very cautious when considering them for an event which is unique and important. We have informed the company we are now taking this to Trading Standards, after their breach of contract in providing the coach.

Everything was excellent. The booking process, the timings, the price and quality of the bus. The driver was also excellent and a very nice guy.
