UK Home Removals guys are professionals…
UK Home Removals guys are professionals ! They arrived on time, was super professional, did not damage any of my furniture, and there were no hidden costs. Prior communication via email was very prompt and clear as well, which I really appreciated. I've tried a few moving companies during my years in London, but my best experience was with this company, hands down. Highly recommended

Worst company I've ever used..
They have been awful from start to finish. They finished 3 hours work in 8 hours and charged double.
They destroyed two very expensive pieces of artwork and refused to give us any compensation and said i need to pay £300 to insurance company to get access. Their customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. I've spent 2 days on the phone to them trying to get bits sorted and they have been terrible at every point. I have never experienced such a bad costumer service in my life. Not only is one person saying completely different things to another but also they are really rude, impolite and aggressive on the phone.
If you want to avoid any stress, just book it with another company.
