Nick is really easy to understand, communicate with and is really knowledgeable. He kept it moving in a timely fashion and kept it interesting. The 3hrs went by too quick.

Website is poor
Website is poor. I have just renewed my annual insurance but the address on the new certificate is my old address despite changing it when I renewed. There is no option to change my address or other personal details (other than my name) on the portal. There is also no contact details so clearly the team don't want to speak to anyone! If you are going to use a member website, the very least you can do is ensure it is user friendly and incorporates all possible changes that members will need to make from time-to-time! Very frustrating and now you hold incorrect details about me! I have spent 15 minutes looking at the various options in the menu bar but no solution can be found.

Great delivery, worthwhile course!
Nick was great at delivering the information in a way that was straightforward, rational and with real-life, practical situations. The course was well-paced, and did not drag for a 3-hour Zoom meeting! Going into the course I felt quite secure in my Safeguarding knowledge, but the focus from a coaching perspective was very useful and I came away having a very clear understanding of my responsibilities within my role.

The website is truly awful
The website is truly awful. Purchased a course this evening but hasn’t pulled through to the dashboard. Then a message saying they know there is an issue. They really shouldn’t accept payments when they know there is this issue.

My Ideas about the coaching.
I think I loved the tips for making me to act like a coach and it’s actually a new field to look into. But the price of courses are very expensive.

Online Courses are good
Had to do a renewal of Safeguarding course for sports coaches. The course was online and was good and informative.
