The people (after a few years I know them all -and they know me!), the service and the products. All just the very, VERY, best! In an area that leaves the vast majority of people frustrated, exasperated and infuriated every time it was a God send to have been lucky enough to have been canvassed as a potential customer many years ago. Since then I have been helped to make sure that I have had a reliable and cost effective solution by various people at UKW. This most recently by Elaine and Rebecca. They are all totally amazing and a pleasure to talk and deal with in total contrast to nearly all other providers I have been with since the 80's where it was, without exception, at best a headache but more usually a nightmare. I cannot recommend ANY other company I have EVER dealt with more HIGHLY! I am just so very grateful to them all.

I have rented several phone lines and broadband services from UK Wholesale over about 10 years. In that time I have needed to contact only 2-3 times. Today Rebecca and on past occasions Rebecca’s colleagues have been brilliant. For a start, they actually answer the phone and quickly, and then they actually know exactly what is required to solve the problem. Astonishing customer services! Well done!
