GOOD COMMS BUT HAD TO GO BACK FOR MY DELIVERY AS HAD MIXED UP DELIVERIES. EASILY RESOLVED

Delivery driver rang to inform about arrival, I was at work, asked driver to leave my parcel in safe place, which been confirmed with text message, great, very good

Communication was great. Texted the proposed date, received confirmation, drivers called when an hour away. Helped bring in to the property, asked if I required help with assembly, which I declined, but appreciated the gesture.
Bed is great…and super comfortable.

Quick and courteous. Thank you.

Excellent delivery thank you to the delivery team. Phoned before arriving were very pleasant and careful. 5* service. Sofa was better than I could have expected. My daughter is now considering getting a sofa now.

Delivery drivers were great. Very friendly and helpful.
I received a text message 24 hours before and the drivers called me when about 1.5 hours away.
What could improve the service is better communication in-between order and delivery. It took 20 days to receive the delivery and several emails, to find out when actual delivery was to be expected. I had to re-arrange family visiting (from 200 miles away) due to it taking so long.

They held onto my order for so long. No communications prior to receiving the order. Had to always follow up with a call that is never answered and an email that does not get any replies. 0/100 customer services.

Shambles, no one answers the phone and they randomly turn up or they give you a 14 hour slot and decide to cancel without any notification. Absolute joke company. Good luck even when speaking to their advisors as they have 0 clue what is happening and they barely know English!!

Avoid like the plague

Delivery arrangements were awful from start to finish. I was chasing them and then when finally booked in they cancelled last minute resulting in me having to take unpaid leave to receive item. Would not use this company again purely because of delivery service.

Super efficient and friendly service from the 2 men who delivered and assembled the bed. They managed it all efficiently as we had a Saturday night delivery and family over for dinner. We thought I might be an issue as we’re not used to receiving deliveries on Saturday evenings but it took no time at all and they called in advance with the time they expected to arrive.

Delivery personnel were really great lifting the mattress in my house

I ordered a bed and a mattress plus my old mattress to be recycled but things went wrong as nothing could be done at the same time which caused problems. The product itself is of good quality and Fred from customer service did his very best to rectify the situation. The issue seems to be on the management side of the delivery service. Some of the staff have a bad attitude and some quite rude which is unacceptable. I'm pleased to say that the guys who finally turned up today to fetch the old mattress were very polite and helpful. A shame they were not all like that.

UCL Services advised me of delivery date and time slot and they delivered at the arranged time. They delivered a bed, headboard and mattress to my address, they also assembled the bed. Both delivery men were polite and helpful, they put the bed/headboard together with no problems and answered any questions that I had. It really was very good service.

I over the moon with my bed. The quality is second to none. Really well made, is a real statement in my bedroom. Delivery men put it together where lovely.

Kept up to date by email of delivery date. 2 guys arrived in the timescale arranged. Very helpful. Took to room. Also I had paid for old bed & mattress to be scrapped. Would use this company again

The 2 guys that arrived at my property were extremely rude & unfriendly it was very upsetting! They never actually looked to see alternatives to deliver the bed instead loaded it back on the can and went.

The two delivery drivers were very polite and chatty. They explained how to open and close the bed and although I was their last delivery, they fid not rush and ensured I could work the ottoman properly and sadly before leaving.

This company transported a mattress to us. The service was excellent; there was good communication before delivery, telling us the approximate time of arrival. When they arrived, the two men were both extremely friendly and did a very professional job.
