UBT Express Anmeldelser

Really pleased with the service. It was a bit expensive, but worth it. There was a medicine I urgently needed and was out of stock in UK. UBT delivered it for from India and rescued me. From placing the order to receiving, the process was clear and smooth. So happy that this option is there for any emergencies!

Amazing service and quick delivery. Strongly recommended

Very efficient. Will surely use their services in the future too

First time I used the services to get some urgent medicines and wasn’t quite confident that this can be deliver. I also read all the negative reviews first and try to understand the services provided by the company, which made me think twice, as I don’t have any option due to urgency I choose to take a chance. Trust me the process was so easy, and Ashish who was so patient and calmn witb entire process, was helping with all sort of questions asked. I can say I am very happy at the end that we received the medicine as per the committed days.

Easy and fast service. Charges although bit on higher side, but the door step pickup and end to end tracking as well as ease of payment with min documentation helps.

Excellent delivery to middle east Lebanon! Professional and always available

While we had difficulty with other courier companies UBT express is prompt and reliable. They charged nominal amount and for our small parcel as well the agents were prompt and caring. Kudos to the team UBT. We will keep using the services in future as well. Thankyou

The service was on point & all questions/queries were replied at any given time when asked. The rate as well was very affordable.

I received my parcel in time I recommend UBT international courrier service

Absolutely great service with up to date messages and tracking. Would definitely recommend!

Great services, timely delivery
The best part is they respond quickly, have a team with the customer until the package is delivered
If the cost can be minimised further it would be awesome

Overall a great experience

Amazing service, arrived early, delivered perfectly on-time. Polite, friendly and accommodating in difficult times, and very reasonably priced.

Smooth and fast delivery, appreciate the team.

I would like to rate 💯 on 💯 to UBT support as they have been highly responsive to customer query and super efficient in delivering the courier from one end to other.
Great job and keep up the * standards.

Very reliable in delivery speed and care.
Delivered my parcel from India to UK in 5 days
Very impressive.
Keep it up

This is the first time I got something from India via courier in the 4 years duration. The delivery was very fast, I didn't expect that. And I have few feedback. The pickup from my house was a bit delayed and I was worried if I would get my stuff in time. Also I was never given the tracking number for Canada. I missed the delivery because I didnt know there was a customs charge to paid during delivery. Had I known this before I would have paid online and not miss the delivery the first time. These things can be informed to the customer.
Everything else was smooth. Package was delivered well.

It was a very good experience with them as my parcel was delivered on time in perfect condition
Highly recommend 👍
