Server laufen nicht mehr richtig, matchmaking genauso wenig. Entweder man hat Gegner die viel zu hohe Level haben oder Team mates die ihre erste Runde Rainbow spielen.

I bought a game on sale and it ran really poorly on my PC no matter what graphics settings I used and having a decent machine. I had played the game via a free trial about 2 years previously on an old PC that ran OK. So I played for about 20 minutes before requesting a refund and got denied. Contacted support and they said I'd played it too long. I tried explaining to them that almost all of that play time was duringa free trial 2 years before and they just repeated the same thing from their script. I tried to clarify if gameplay hours from a free trial count towards this limit and they just gave me the same scripted reply about sorry u played too long. Absolutely brain dead.

Worst support ever. I email them about me losing the email, and they tell me to verify by sending a code to the email I don't have access to. Also, their support team is made up of bots. Every support ticket I've sent seems like it's been answered by ChatGPT. If you lose your Ubisoft account, don't try to recover it.

Les jeux sont de moins en moins optimisés et gourmands pour une qualité de marde. Les bugs sont partout et j'arrive même pas à redémarrer mon PC quand un de leurs jeux crash. On doit consulter des forums pour corriger un jeux avant de jouer et ce même si mon PC est équipé rtx5080 ryzen9800x3d.

Ich bin Jahrelanger Kunde und habe die Siedler und Anno Reihen immer hier gekauft und gespielt. Nun habe ich seit 3 Monaten keine Zugriff auf meine gekauften Inhalte und jeder Versuch den Support zu kontaktieren schlägt Fehl. Aktuell warte ich seit Januar auf eine Antwort nachdem ich 5 mal neu erinnert und eskaliert habe. Geht für mich gar nicht…Zukünftig werde ich wohl bei Steam kaufen ggf. Alles neu kaufen müssen.

meine angaben sind nachträglich , da der betreiber an andere weiter gegen hat - das game ist ganz nett , aber die server sind so dermassen schlecht und verbuggt ,,, das spielen zum teil nicht mehr möglich ist ,, als beispiel kann man sagen , man hat ein auto und will bremsen und die bremse reagiert erst 30 sekunden später ,, so fühlt sich DSO an ,,,

I wanted to play Far Cry 3 on my Steam account however I need a Ubisoft connect to play it. After going back and forth with e-mail, forgotten password, resetting (which did not work and told me to try again later) I got my account blocked, so I have decided to make a completely new account which after logging in got blocked as well. Lovely company, will never play a single one of your games ever, keep doing what you're doing and I hope you lose your entire playerbase. Kind regards, Soul. :)

I had a very frustrating experience…
I had a very frustrating experience with Ubisoft support.
I lost access to the email address linked to my Ubisoft account, so I contacted support to recover the account. I provided everything I could to prove ownership: the original email address, the account username, and multiple CD keys from Ubisoft games that were activated on the account.
Despite providing several activation keys and detailed information, the support team still refused to verify the account ownership and simply closed the case.
It feels extremely frustrating and unfair when a customer provides multiple proofs of ownership and is still treated as if they were trying to access someone else's account.
The support process feels rigid and unhelpful, and it gives the impression that customer issues are not really taken seriously.
Very disappointing experience.

My account was hacked. I sent proof it was and proof all my details were changed. Ubisoft told me theres nothing they can do. Its stupid 8 years and a load of money on an account someone took and Ubisoft cant be bothered helping to get it back. Worst gaming company. Please do not trust them

The company doesn't care about player accounts at all. They thoughtlessly created a bot that, when asked to help with a deleted email, requests a code sent to that email address! Support Ticket: 25671538, 25675177, 25688232, 25688428, 25692058, 25692058. All tickets are closed with a single template bot message, something like "because you can't confirm your deleted email with the code sent to your deleted email - we can't help you."
