Still waiting
I required all that was necessary to perform a professional tyre repair on a motorcycle tyre. Problem was not all that I required turned up. Still unable to do the repair and now having to wait another two weeks for the order to be completed. On the website it should show whether the parts are in stock at time of order . If I'd known that I would have had to wait this long I would have gone to a different supplier.

I use Tyre Bay Direct regularly and sometimes the delivery takes too long and I also hate the fact that there are no part numbers on the boxes of tyre weights. This is just my personal bug bear.

Hello Mark, Apologise about the weight numbers! A short notice order meant to maintain stock this was left off of one run. This will be back to normal and should appear on your next order. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
RE your slow delivery, we do aim to dispatch all orders placed by 3pm on the same day. We use DPD and if we have a correct email and mobile number you will receive automatic notifications. We do endeavour to call if for whatever reason we cannot dispatch your order as expected. We’d appreciate further information if possible on delivery to follow this up and will reach out to you.

All deliveries are tracked via DPD and you should receive an email with a tracking number so you can see in real time the progress of your delivery. Please do contact us though if you did not receive this information or have any other concern so we are able to investigate it further with the couriers. Our apologies again for this delay.

Hello Patrick,
A member of the team tried contacting you multiple times with regards to the parts of your order which were delayed but unfortunately could not get ahold of you. We also received no reply to our email regarding the issue. We are sorry this was not able to be resolved quicker but please do call back at your earliest convenience to further discuss a fair resolution for your next order.
