I bought a bass guitar from them specifically asking to make sure the set up was in order . when the bass arrived it was bad . So I left a review which they responded they would pay for a luthier to fix it , I asked if they had one in Valencia which they didn't , so I took it to a luthier and the battery in the back was dead and the strings were old. I get in shipping things need adjusting sometimes but I also recently bought a Gibson es 335 from the United States and that arrived perfectly . I don't think anyone looked at the bass , tested it or they would have known the battery was dead and the strings were old . BUYER BEWARE . And please spare me your lies about helping me with a luthier as you didn't .

Siempre bien, he realizado algunas compras online y todo bien, una vez hubo un problema a causa de la empresa de transportes, nada grave, cosas que pueden ocurrir, y ellos se hicieron cargo, se disculparon y me enviaron unos regalos por las molestias. Empáticos y serios

Compré un estuche para guitarra acústica marca gator y estoy muy contento. Han sido rapidísimos con en el envío!!!, si me descuido no pasa ni día y medio. El producto muy bien embalado y todo perfecto. Repetiré.

Buena tienda de música y buen trato, flojillos con un detalle que el cliente se sienta un poco más atendido, por lo demás, todo bien
