We have been using Tutero over the last 12months for our senior student. The reason we went with Tutero, was due to their strong communication and professionalism. Our Tutor is amazing she caters each lesson to the specific needs of our child. Our child was already a good student but Tutero has provided him the skills to improve his essay capabilities to an exceptional standard. Has given him confidence in assessments and exams. We can't express how much we have loved using Tutero and how professional the feedback is after each lesson and the direct communication you have with your tutor is seamless. Best investment we made for our child to reach his academic goals. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tutero if you just want some sort of personal help for your child with the convenience of it being online. Doesn't matter what level of help they require your tutor will work with you to ensure they know how they can assist your child. It has made a world of difference here and that has shown in our child's confidence, their actual marks and engagement in subjects. We will continue with Tutero for the remainder of his schooling years.

I’ve engaged Tutero for both maths and English tutoring and can highly recommend! Both tutors were matched perfectly to my daughter’s needs and personality by the case manager, who checks in regularly to ensure we are satisfied. My daughter enjoys her sessions each week. The tutors are well skilled, engaging, organised and always tailor the sessions to her curriculum. It’s well worth it!

I found Tutero through the internet, even though it was a random selection, so far I am very happy with their service. My son’s coordinator Nathan is great, very helpful and promptly responds for any inquiry. Tutors also very dedicated, they always give the priority for the students needs and very punctual too.so far my son is very happy with his Tutero teachers. Highly recommend.

My son had Year 12 Biology tutoring with Isali, who was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. She really helped my son understand key concepts and processes much more clearly. She was also very flexible with tutoring times, which was a huge help during the hectic Year 12 period. Tutero is also great because you pay as you go, not up front.You can easily cancel a lesson with no fee. I would highly recommend Tutero — and especially Isali — for Biology tutoring.

Tutor is really interactive and teaches with passion!

Cancelled the tutoring service two weeks ago. A week later, service is still not cancelled, I receive a phone call asking if I “meant to cancel” - obviously I did as it is an ordeal to actually cancel the service. A week later service is still not cancelled and I noticed they tried forcing a tutoring session just so they could charge me. All the online tutoring services seem to be scams.

They respond quickly and the tutors are all great!

This is an amazing program with great tutors. They work together with you to suit the program to your needs. The communication is great and they check in to see how you are going. The online program works well and they are very adaptable to your needs.
It’s been very helpful for my son and he is doing much better in maths due to having the support from Tutero. Highly recommend them!

Disorganised, unqualified, unreliable tutors. Not personalised. Unprofessional. Poor communication with parents. Tutors don't know material. Probably chosen for looks and personality rather than qualifications and experience. Also, tutor complained about salary and tried to negotiate with me personally.

My son’s grades have gone up 30% since starting with Tutero 6 months ago. As he is shy in class, having 1:1 tutoring has helped him clarify a lot of core concepts and now he is much better equipped for HSC.

The team at Tutero have always worked hard to find the right tutor for my children. It is easy to connect with them and they listen to our needs. Each tutor that has been assigned to us has been caring and wants to know a lot about my children in how they are getting along with their work at school to fully understand my child and to see where they are at and how they can help advance them to the next level and bring out their confidence to perform better in school.

It's been a great experience dealing with Tutero; from the quoting experience to being matched with our lovely tutor. Tutero has cared about my daughter's comfort as she suffers with anxiety and has tailored her learning to her needs. We are located in Queensland and the tutor can cover the material she is learning in the curriculum.
