Luckily the taste was still like Sutlac but the package came very messy inside. The fluids all leaked and it was very hard to open it cleanly or eat it nicely. I think putting the sutlac paper box on a plastic container would help. It was very messy and not good to the eyes.

I originally placed an order with another company, but the order never arrived. Then when I called the company to find out what was happening, instead of an answer, I got a cancellation email with no explanation, and no phone call. I had placed the order well in advance, and now needed the order to arrive very quickly because of the time that had already passed. With the cancellation, I was left in a real predicament with no products.

I called Turkish Porter and explained what had happened, and asked if they could provide the products quickly for me. They were amazing. They went through the products they had available with me, and found similar products to the ones the first company had cancelled. The order was placed with ease. Tracking information was provided, and it arrived 24 hours later. The order arrived exactly as requested.

The person I spoke to at Turkish Porter was polite, respectful, professional and extremely helpful. He made the whole process very straight forward and I can honestly say I will be back to shop from this company again. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They really do put their customers needs as a priority. The service I received was genuinely excellent.

I've been ordering from these for a few years now, they are the only place in the UK where I can get apple tea (I'm addicted). They are always reliable and deliveries are when they say they will be. They also have some gorgeous fresh food. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

The product (organic whole carob beans), packaging, delivery, and price were excellent. No organic certification, but certification had not been advertised so still five stars.

This was a chance find on the internet, but it surpassed any expectations! The baklava was SO delicious. We were raising funds fo Medical Aid for Palestinians, and the pieces literally flew off the trays. Well made, well packaged, delivered exactly when they were due, we will use Turkish Porter again and recommend go friends
