I purchased a Tungsten ring for a wedding with engraving. I had to cut the message so short that it was barely able to be deciphered but when it was delivered, it only goes halfway around the ring. I don't understand why they only allow so few letters. Otherwise the ring was perfect and delivered in a timely manner.

My wife wanted a unique band for daily use, as this was for our 45th Wedding Anniversary. I am very rough on gold bands & wanted something more durable than gold. We really liked the Viper, our first choice, but ended up not purchasing it because is did not come in 1/2 sizes.

Customer service at Tungsten World was exceptional!! Angel was VERY PATIENT while we inspected several different styles.

We ultimately decided on the Carrera style. A very classic look, love the Carbon Fiber inlay & IT IS very unique!!! Have had a everal positive comments on it & no scratches yet. Appears to be much more durable than any gold band I’ve owned.

Great ring at an excellent price. Ring was just as described and arrived promptly. Angel was wonderful helping me when I managed to get the wrong size. I recommend Tungsten World and will use them again!

The representative I dealt with was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all of the companies processes and very eager to help in any way possible!

Fast delivery, within 1 one week from order date. Ring quality, as described. I would of preferred the color be a tad lighter but, overall affordable and great quality. From a no-jewelry-wearing 40 year old man, “comfortable enough to wear it daily!” And that works for me. We’re happy with the purchase. Very please with the craftsmanship of this band. Excellent service was provided as the size I ordered was too big, they covered return shipping and for a very small fee allowed an exchange even with an engraving. Very prompt service and delivery from US to Canada. Would definitely recommend this company.

I bought a ring for my husband in October and it broke in half by September. I have not been able to reach customer service by phone and they did not respond to my email. Poor quality and poor customer service. I would not recommend Tungsten World.

The experience was interesting! I was looking for a Tungsten ring to buy for Christmas with an imprint on it and engraving on the inside. It was stated to be comfort fit and to order in a half a size below your regular size. I've never ordered a ring like this before so I did what it said. When it arried it was too small but nice finish. A little rough in on spot of the imprint but everything was nice. Had to send it back and took a little over a week for me to receive it back (told me they were short stafffed, not a problem) I got the ring in, it fit perfectly! Only thing missing was the imprint which is why i got it. When I contacted them about this they got back to me really fast. they sent me a ring in 2 days and was able to ship that one back. This one came with a bigger imprint which is awesome! It just didnt have the full engraved detail on the inside this time. It had our initials though so I can at least say there is that! Over all nice product and customer service but hassle with over all technicalities

I purchased an engraved ring for my husband for Christmas and of course it was the wrong size( my fault) The people at Tungsten World made it very easy for me... they sent me a ring sizer, so at least I was able to have my husband use the ring sizer and get a new one with no problems. That was absolutely amazing! Every question I had via email was answered professionally and timely! These people are amazing!!

This was a special purchase from my only living Brother who is dealing with an illness to me so we will forever bonded

The original ring I ordered was a little loose, so I exchanged it for a half size smaller. Quick and easy exchange, and customer service was awesome to work with. I absolutely LOVE my new ring, and would recommend Tungsten World to everyone.

I recently got married and I wanted a special ring that reminds me of my wife all the time. I picked one that I was able to imprint of my wife's ring finger fingerprint on my ring. They guide me through out the process. I was able to communicate with them at all times and they shipped to me quickly after done. I really love my ring. I will definitely buy again from them

I sent back a ring to get sized which was an 8mm ring. When I received the replacement ring it was a 6mm, even after letting them know about the mistake they didn’t care about what I have to say and told me to fix the problem I can do another replacement for another $50 even when they are the ones who made the mistake. I will never order another thing from them and have told everyone I know to beware!

I've had this ring so far for a couple months, had no issues with it. Excellent craftsmanship and I love the engraving inside.

Couldn’t be happier with my ring! I did have some trouble with sizing. My previous ring from another vendor was about a size smaller compared to tungstenworld’s ring. However, upon receiving my ring. I couldn’t be happier! They have numerous rings and the black Obsidian 8mm band looks and fits fantastic!
