Most useless service, do not provide details, pretty much provided details already known.

Absolutely terrible phone system.
its always giving problems.
The new app version 3 is even worse. all our voip phones do not work with this app, so we have to order new phones.
In the last 3 days we have been unable to answer 80% calls on the app. Saturday and Sunday is usually very busy,
We have been using the mobile app, which worked for a short while, then that also was giving problems. We had to call those missed numbers from other mobile phones but by that time most customers went elsewhere to make a purchase. I estimate, we might have lost £1500 worth of business in the 3 days. Many of them thought that we were closed.

Brilliant really improved my performance

With the experience I’ve just had with them I’m shocked to see these negative reviews. The advisor at Trust Online did all she could to help guide us and avoid me having to pay to check. After exhausting all options I did do the check and it came back showing exactly the information we’ve been looking for these past 4 hours, calling multiple organisations and courts with no success. She couldn’t be more helpful or patient. Sadly didn’t catch her name but massive thank you to you!

My recommendation is don't waste your time with these scammers! They provide no uselful informatiion you don't already know, and charge you for the pleasure.

I can't believe the .Gov website recommends them, I guess that is an indication of the appalling state of government too. Avoid.

Rip Off. Don't go near this company

Don't trust this company and report, I wanted to make sure the sentence of a case judgment given in the High Court. I came up as green, no judgement reported. Lost £10.00. Cheat and rif off. Shame

Charged me £5 and claimed they could provide details of a CCJ. All they provided me with was exactly the same information as my FREE ClearScore app did and FREE CreditKarma app.

It's just yet another government joint venture scam to get more free money from people on a low income. The owners will more than likely be an MP!!!

When I complained, I got the standard cut and paste reply to say I'd accepted their terms and conditions.

Use the above two FREE apps and save yourself a fiver.

SCAM don't be ripped off this company asks for your money does a search but comes back with nothing when you know already that there's something on your file don't fall for it luckily was only £6

It's a scam. You pay (for each address you need to be searched) and they say they found nothing. Waste of money

This is a scam, it charges you £5 to give you details but then only gives you the same info you get for free from a credit score company. the report is worthless.

I won a case in the county court and was awarded costs which were not paid. I applied to the high court for enforcement agents to collect the monies due.
I wanted to check that the ccj was actually recorded and active….this site told me nothing and charged me £10 for the privilege

Sells you Publicly available info - what a waste of time.
If you want to know the details about a CCJ, what is was for, who the plaintiff was etc, you have to call the court, pay a fee and they won't tell you.

This company is a rip off because they just take your money and they let you have a green report which in this case is not right unfortunately.

I would like to leave a 0 star review if possible. I had a ccj notification in my experian credit checker and I wanted to find out what it was for, as I only had the case number I used trust online to check what I was for and I paid the 5 pound fee and they just told me exactly what I already knew thw case number and amount owed NOT what it was for or who it was owed to. COMPLETE RIP OFF

The site refers to providing information, takes the money and returns a null response. Hardly value for money. I would suggest that anyone using this be 100% certain that the information is correct - spelling and details, including the actual address that the person/company lived at.

Another rip-off. Tried to find out how much my CCJ is. It simply said no information and took my money.

Don't bother with this site - it's a waste of time and money! They charge you £5 to view the ''details'' of a CCJ, but all you get is the information which is the basic information which is available for FREE on your credit file. So if a CCJ suddenly appears on your credit file, with no prior notification, and you want to find out who the claimant was and what it was for - don't bother using this service as it will tell you nothing in return for your £5. Total rip off!
