True religions customer service sucks! And delivery takes forever! I tried returning a pair of jeans and nobody ever answered my email until it was to late to get a refund!! Horrible company!!

It's been almost two weeks and my package hasn't been delivered. Fed ex blames it on them and their bot that they use for customer service blames it on fed ex. They have lost a customer forever.

Customer service is horrible! They made a mistake on their website (they swapped the colors by accident) and because of that I picked brown but wanted pink. I recognized it when I got the mail that the items picture was brown and wrote them a mail. They said they couldn’t change the order, ok, I could understand it somehow. BUT they also did not change the mistake on their website for over a week AND they made me pay for the return label, even though it wasn’t my mistake.
The customer service team only responds using predefined text blocks, without addressing the issue personally.
I like their clothes but this experience made me not buy from them anymore. Especially for a label in this price range, the service is the worst!

I have had a parcel sitting with customs for a week because they needed a deferment authorisation from true religion. It was a nightmare getting through to the company and I only succeeded with 6 hours to go before my parcel was sent back to true religion by uk customs. Megan E is the employee who turned this review from a 1 star to a 5 star. Even once the chat disconnected she went above and beyond to email me what was required to free my parcel. She was an absolute god send and I really hope that you value how brilliant she is for your company. Thank you so much Megan E at true religion. You’re such a kind soul!

They did nothing about my missing package they didn’t before i do like there clothes but they will not replace or refund my missing package and no picture was displayed to even show where it was delivered

SOOOO BAD please dont order from there everything is baggy and if you order , order one thing at a time because they will honestly steal you're money they will only send you one item out of 10 the customer service is horrible you will be talking to a bot and they wont actually track you're shipments. they (Fedex) Will take false pictures and say its delivered when only one item came, they will over charge you and say things are on discount/Sale then not even send you what you ordered. I HATE TRUE RELIGION AND IM HAPPY ITS DYING OUT I TRIED TO GIVE IT GRACE BUT NOW I SEE WHY NOBODY SHOPS HERE ANYMORE 2 out of 5 stars

I placed an order that I never received. This order was over $250.00 it was suppose to be school clothes for my senior. I emailed this company over 20 times with them emailing me twice once go say they would be starting an investigation which they never did. Fed Ex even said the package was lost in transit. Then all a sudden after 9 more ignored emails they sent an email stating my case was closed and to take it up with my bank. The online chat it nidt ad horrible. This company need to be investigated andsnd shut down immediately. They do not care about customers, they are very unprofessional. The company is a Joke! And they are scammers. I have filed a dispute with my bank with the messages attached. Even the message that Fed Ex Sent me. All the emails of me reaching out about my missing order. Also True Religion lied told BBB they had refunded me but sent me s private email stating they had closed the investigation and that they would not be resending out my order nor refunding me. That email was sent to me 3 hours after True Religion lied on the Better Business Bureau site stating they had refunded me. I also submitted all this to my Bank. True Religion are Liars!!!! I would Never recommend!!!

No customer service skills no empathy I made a return because they dont do exchang an was told they would take the discount off when I reorder. It took them almost 2 months to redund my money an they kept telling lies about they refunded my money already an it was just afterpay that hadn't refund me come to find out after email an text because they dont have a valid telephone number or a number that even work . The chat people were rude they acted like me asking for my refund from May to August was bothering them even when they realize they hadn't refunded my money not one apology all was said we refunded afterpay check with them..SMH

Snabb leverans men när jag behövde returnera det ena paret jeans visade det sig att det var en omständlig returprocess där man var tvungen att maila företaget och uppge all möjlig information för att få en retursedel. Fick jag en retursedel sen? Nej, trots påminnelse har den inte dykt upp, inget svar från kundtjänst och nu är returtiden ute, såklart. Efter att ha läst recensionerna här så är jag ändå glad för att jag inte skickade tillbaka jeansen eftersom man tydligen inte får tillbaka pengarna då. Nu har jag iallafall möjlighet att sälja dem vidare. Varning för det här företaget.

I always loved this company. As of today, I received my order yesterday, which was missing two items. I reached out to the chat because there's no number to call. They told me they can't refund me for the missing items because it weighed in right when they shipped it out. I will never in life order from this company again. You refuse to refund me or ship me the items that I didn't receive, and now you won't refund my money. The devil is a liar!!

I love True Religion Everything I Get Is High quality and fits true to size

True Religion jeans used to be made with stronger, thicker fabric that was more durable and built to last. The newer versions feel much lighter and thinner, and they tend to tear within just a few months of wear. For the price, I no longer recommend them because the quality does not match the cost.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I bought a pair of jeans for $120.00 over3 months ago. I returned it within the first week I received it, and I’m still waiting for my money. These people are literally thieves, they will steal your money, do not buy from them. Do not shop from them. Do not even consider looking at their website.

True religion really step up with their von Dutch collaboration

I ordered 4 pairs of jeans and returned 2. The package arrived back to them on 4/24. It’s 6/9 and I still have not received a refund. I’ve messaged them multiple times. They don’t seem to respond unless I send multiple emails and give me a quick “sorry for the delay”without any updates. This is completely unacceptable. Dealing with their customer service is a huge waste of time and incredibly frustrating. At this point I don’t know if I’ll ever get my refund of over $200. I used to love this brand back in the early 2000s. Now I never want to support them again.

This brand has terrible customer service, the worst I have experienced in a while from a brand this big. I brought shorts online they were having a sell. The shorts came delivered defective, they had blue spots all over them. I sent a picture reached out same day about my defective item. They responded back two days later asking me to send pictures again so I did. They then said they couldn’t exchange them I could send them back for a refund. I explained I didn’t want a refund I wanted my shorts ( I bought the matching top also) and I would like my shorts without all the stains over them. They were also on sale when I purchased them and no longer on sale now so I didn’t want to have to pay the difference. They didn’t care and didn’t help after sending me shorts with blue dots all on the front. Terrible customer service not solution based or understanding even though they sent me defective shorts that I paid for.

True Religion makes very good jeans. Their jeans are very unique! If you are VERY patient and are looking to buy a pair or two wait, and watch for sales. It would be to your advantage to get to know the site expertly. You will save a lot of money. Once every month or two there is a great Flash Sale! Up to 75% off! This alone is worth 5 stars!! The 3 stars rating is because, don’t hold your breath while waiting for regular delivery. Waiting on delivery On average is at least a week unless you are willing to pay for faster delivery. $14 more to start for their lowest tiered delivery. ZERO C.S. Talk to someone. Most sizes for men run a bit Bigger! This is very important to know because guess again. Shipping and delivery with refunds is slow both ways! While the refund process without a doubt is well over a couple of weeks. Think I might lower one more star because NEVER is there a chance where a phone number is available to call on site and talk to someone. That is for THEIR advantage and maybe you’ll give up and accept whatever from TR. Get and Give a Phone Number for your Customers!!

I ordered two pairs of jeans from TR and for some reason when I clicked submit my address popped as a place I hadn’t lived in two years. I don’t know why my phone changed my address after I had my current one typed it but it did. Well it was Saturday when I placed the order. Customer support isn’t open on Saturday so I emailed them only to get a reply back tell me that there was nothing they could do. I’m baffled they waited til Tuesday to do anything. Did they not work Monday? They could have taken care of this Monday before it shipped out. So now I’m not receiving my package in a timely manner and this by far the WORST customer service I have ever seen or experienced! They could call fed ex and change the delivery location but they won’t even do that. I’m super pissed
