Trucknavs Anmeldelser

What a JOKE this Chris guy is Sat nav still in the return period and he has refused the return. He said I threatened him lol I basically stated I want a refund because his nav is the poorest I have ever had Reason for the return he only does yearly updates 🤷‍♂️ and you have to send your sd card to him it’s 2026 never ever had to do that with any of my previous nav’s it does not state that when your purchasing it on the nav itself it gives you a website to update but doesn’t work spoke to him about this he said it’s never worked. So for me the guy is a joke a fraudster there not exactly cheap he rants that he’s been at it 14 years to me that gives you plenty of time to sort your website and tell people exactly what there getting if you did you wouldn’t sell anymore of your poor slow and delayed mapping worst 1 I ever had back to Garmin for me. Advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THERE FRAUDSTERS CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED HES A RUDE MAN DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE IF I COULD UPLOAD A PICTURE OF ME PUTTING IT IN THE BIN I WOULD

Very impressed with the sat nav and for the price i paid WOW!
Don't know why trucknavs only has 4 stars on trust pilot I'd give 10/10 all day,,,
Thanks Chris 😊

Chris is fantastic, very patient helped me and much appreciated, highly recommend

I’ve had 2 Trucknav units from Chris over about 10 years nothing ever went wrong with them just updated the software.
Always great service over the phone with him and found him very helpful.
So not sure why I am reading these bad reviews about this Satnav and Chris?
Pete from St Albans

I’ve been relatively happy with the Trucknav I got as a birthday present November 2023 but within 10 months it stopped charging once plugged in to a unit, I have numerous chargers as I carry spares and none of them would charge it, same chargers worked fine with my spare nav an XGODY
I returned it thinking I was still under warranty, turns out there’s no warranty as such
Chris returned my nav still not working in a truck which quite honestly is where it needs to work, not in a kitchen on a counter
I’ve returned it for a second time and it’s still not back
Meanwhile I bought a NAVPAL for £63 on eBay, about £45 less than Trucknav but came extremely well presented, good construction of the screen compared to both the above and good technical back up (I phoned and got help setting up my speed readout ) so we will see
Disappointed as I’ve recommended TRUCKNAV to pupils and fellow drivers and I felt I got poor service when things went wrong

Bought one of these as a cheaper option for class 1 store deliveries.took me down very tight corners and the final straw was low bridge.buy cheap expect poor performance. In the end bought a tom tom and went same stores but much better and safer routes.

Bought a satnav from Chris via ebay nearly two years ago now.
Was a fraction of the price you pay for the big names, and am 100% happy with it.
Been all over the UK doing multidrops and cannot really fault it.
I had a problem when I first started to use it but phoned Chris who answered to me straight away and got me going again.
You wouldn't get that from Halfords or an online retailer!!
Like the way you can actually pinpoint to a particular spot rather than just a street.
Would buy another in a heartbeat.

Husband rang the customer helpline this morning and spoke to Chris...the sat nav had frozen.Chris said take sim out...back in then wait 10 mins.15 mins later rang him back and he said I told you wait half hour. Then rang back after 30 mins no reply...he then rang hubby back shouting why are you ringing me 8 times I can't help everybody. His attitude was very rude and abrasive...and totally unhelpful...this satnav is only 13 months old but its obvious he's not willing to help and should not be manning a HELPLINE!

So far over the years, I've had 2 truck satnavs, charger cables and a repair. Have always phoned Chris and he has responded immediately with a faster return post if asked for. A no nonsense, get you back on the road approach, with satnavs at a third of the price of the big names. I highly recommend his business. Thanks for helping out again today Chris.

Had a problem with the sat nav as the gps button wouldn’t work to type in any postcodes. Messaged Chris and what a surprise he didn’t reply he is known for this. It’s all good selling a product but when there are problems he doesn’t want to know. Very frustrating and a ignorant man. Be careful with this product as a lot don’t work let’s just hope your the lucky one without any problems.

Brought satnav from Chris stopped getting a signal after a month emailed him and he says cos I’ve had it a month I can no longer request refund shoddy product do not buy

Bought the 7 inch version with the camera for almost £170. The camera is useless, the satnav stopped working after a few months- can't find any satellites so ended up with a very expensive paperweight. The software is all in Chinese so if you're trying to fix anything you won't be able to- unless you know mandarin.

Had a TruckNav from Chris now for just over a year. Never had a problem. Top quality product and easy to use. Customer service from Chris is great. Sent SD card back twice for updates and back within a few days.

I have bought a trucknav from Chris over 2 years ago and had updates from him and I’d say what a great bit of kit this is never let me down . I’d buy one again no problem . 😃

Ordered a sat nav from Chris. Stated as delivered but it wasn't. Issues with royal mail.

Chris has sent a new one out so as soon as it arrives I'll write another review

I bought a sat nav from Chris when I received it it had faults when I rang him he said he knew about the faults but still sent it at full price of £99.99 I did get my money back but I had to pay to send it back. Be warned don't waste your time or money

Purchased the satnav after returning to the roads and initially had a problem with London drops. Called Chris who replied immediately! Further help was again immediately forthcoming and everything working perfectly. Excellent customer service in my experience.

Schit sat nav, a lot of mistakes. Stopped working after 2 years. Avoid!!!!! Shiiiiittt
