I been with truck club for about 6 months and they havnt disappoint yet best decision I ever made choose truck club

Very quick payment to dealer. Only thing I don’t like is when unit first gets there having to get all the codes diag/sent in etc that takes time. Then the freight charges not being covered. I’ve got the highest plan and there’s still some items not covered with the electrical system.

Truck Club is ok, but still needs improvement. Twice I filed a claim and the 1st out of pocket $1200 and now this one, out of pocket $3200. Don't understand it, but we pay and the claims don't get taken care of like it should.

Truck Club has to be the best extended warranty company out there in the industry we had to do a couple claims with them and both times was very fast turnaround time for review and payment to repair facility. Truck Club does exactly what they say when you sign up 5 stars is not enough for Truck Club they deserve more. Listen owner operators you guys need to look into Truck Club for Extended coverage on your equipment this company it spot on you will not regret getting extended coverage through Truck Club.

Because I’m an idiot I’m actually still with Truck Club. I had a major breakdown when my differential went out. I had it towed to Kenworth and all they did was try to find fault so they didn’t have to pay. They considered my differential going out as lack of maintenance and driver error. It cost me over $9400 out-of-pocket to fix my differential. The very thing that I pay them to fix. They are your typical warranty company that all they do is try to find reasons not to fix what you pay them to cover. If I’m giving my complete honesty, I would say find another warranty company. Don’t even entertain this. The prices seem good and what they cover is vast until you find out they don’t cover shit. It’s not because it’s not listed. It’s because they choose not to and that’s even scarier when it’s something massive. Just….. run

Misleading on information just to get you to sign up! Won't cover anything, they always say it was a preexisting issue, NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Great company, processed my claim in a very timely manner and was proficient as well.

I didn’t really get to use there warranty but they were very up front and helpful in the process of signing up. I spoke to Grace who works evening and she was very helpful.

The agent that helped me out was very helpful with helping understanding the different places and giving me a break down on what each plan covers when it came down to trying to choose a plan would Recommend them to anyone else who needs aftermarket warranty

Truck Club has been great to work with. Very glad I made the decision to join and subscribe to the Elite level package. On the day before my policy was eligible to file a claim my clutch went out. Truck Club immediately went to work that day. I’ve wondered if they would honor my two claims after that and they have. I’m getting up in miles and wouldn’t have been able to keep rolling without them. Their process for payment is easy and efficent. The reps are understanding and professional. Easy access and quick responses. I highly recommend Truck Club to anyone in the market for an after market warranty.

Extremely bad experience the mechanic at the repair shop told me I bet you they will try anything not to cover the bill

Long story short, my Peterbilt engine went out. I took it to a professional repair shop that only works on MX 13 engines and out of the overhaul bill which was $36,000 truck club only offered to pay $1500 because they state there was a coolant sensor on the freeze frame that was faulty. My mechanic told them that has nothing to do with the engine, catastrophic failure and they have not responded back so far.

Stay away from truck club. I will take this to the limit until everyone knows not to deal with them!!!

Everything went as plan make sure the Mechanic Shop stay on top of Emails and Response then you will get back to work fast thanks alot for taking care of repairs like Truckclub promise.

Great experience no long wait times an they do what they advertise. My rep definitely makes things easier an goes above an beyond. Thanks truck club.

I worked with Andreas, he got me set up with an account about 3 months back then I just kept bothering him about the service and getting more questions answered! He’s super knowledgeable!!!

I had a claim in my 3rd month and forgot to use them when I went in for the service but they were able to reimburse me and provide some really fir customer service :) 🔥 so I appreciate it!! Literally after getting all the proper docs which wasn’t a hassle I received my refund for Waranty services same day 🙏… crazy | I heard that I shouldn’t get Waranty but that’s a lie I’d say definitely get it with these people, they get sh**t done 💯💯💯

The sign-up process was super easy, and whenever we had questions about the coverage, the responses were always quick and helpful. The customer service has been great, and we can definitely recommend this company to others looking for a truck warranty.

Recently purchased the warranty from Truckclub. They are very helpful in all aspects. Having the peace of mind that I have coverage if something happens to my truck is a great feeling. Have and will recommend them to all my fellow drivers that are in the no coverage issue that I found myself in.
