They keep a high stock of a very large range of cards and other items, usually at a price little lower the larger sites. The sales are processed quickly and the support team will contact you quickly if there are any issues.

Fantastic Support!
I ordered a high value, reserved list card from them. I had an issue with the courier not attempting delivery and the support staff that I spoke with on Facebook were incredible. Very friendly and supportive. While the issues with the courier caused me a lot of stress the service I received from Troll Trader was absolutely fantastic and turned what could have been an entirely negative experience into a positive one.

Best card website!
I've used trolltradercards twice now, once on their ebay store and once on their website, and I have nothing but good things to say about them! Came nicely packaged, quickly and has made me a happy customer! I'll be sure to shop with you again next time I want some cards again, cheers!

Highly recommend these guys!
I use these guys all the time and they are fantastic. I’ve used them well over 30 times and only had trouble twice with my order going missing. Both of these times though the customer service team have been awesome and sorted me out perfectly. Would highly recommend and I’ll definitely keep using them.
Fast and great shipping and packaging and some of the best prices singles around :)

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. I have ordered from this company twice and it has been quick and easy to use. They did send me 2 of the wrong cards on the 2nd order (very similar names so cant blame them) but they quickly corrected this and sent me out the correct cards

Excellent service!

triple A service
I used their buy-list to save up for a set i was after and through no fault of their own the item I was after went up in price over the weekend. ( I think it's all done by algorithm...) despite this... a quick call to them and they agreed to honour the original price... They didn't have to do that, but that's why I'll use them again and again and again...

Great but.....
I have used trolltrader many of times and but on the odd occasion orders have been know to take longer than they should eg the last order I made 30/4/18 first class recorded delivery, the order didn't change to processed until 4 days after and has arrived 5/5/18.
Look they are the cheapest I've found, their customer service are great and quick, but I feel like from now on if I'm buying on a Monday for a game on a Friday I'll pay alittle more on another site to make sure I have the cards

Pre ordering dominaria.
Pre ordering dominaria.. Only to find out that the items will not be shipped till Monday! 3 whole days AFTER release.. I would have at least expected them to plan in advance and be prepared to ship them at least on the release date! I'll be closing my account. And sticking with chaos cards or madhouse from now on...now I guesse I'll head to my local GS (55 miles away) so I dont have to wait nearly a week for a bundle real let down

Order was placed at 4am on the final working day of the week. Despite that, under normal circumstances we still would have got it out the same day. However this was placed on release day (not a pre order) of the best selling magic set in years and joined the back of a queue of tens of thousands of cards that needed picking and dispatching. Customer emailed later in the day and was updated that dispatch was not possible same day and that the next postal collection day was Monday. The hundreds of customers who placed actual pre orders for Dominaria singles had their orders shipped on release day (Friday). The earliest possible day allowed by WOTC.

Used them 3 times. 2 purchases and 1 trade in. Spot on service, delivery and prices each time.

Slight issue but got sorted and had great prices
Had some problems with them at a tournament but it was busy and mistakes do happen. They were friendly and had great prices. Just be careful but I do recommend them as value for money

Sam traded in some cards for credit at an event and walked off before giving us his email address (so we could not put possibly the credit on his account). He later emailed to ask why the credit was not there and everything was then sorted immediately.
