Day light robbery. Police need to get this company closed down. How can they get away with this scam.

Total scam. They added $14.99 for 3 months to my phone bill with me doing absolutely nothing to give them permission to do this. It took a while but they finally refunded one month of $14.99 and then told me that my phone company wouldn’t allow them to refund any more than that since it was more than 60 days old. Next stop is my phone company who originally told me this is a scam and to try and get a refund from TrimXS.

Totally scam company as their charge my Telus account without my knowledge. I have contacted Telus and texted stop to 5415 last month to stop the payments but unfortunately I have been charged again my next bill. Saying that looks like Telus is in the same boat with this company and so far they have scam over 3 million Telus costumer’s. I canceled both my two line I have with Telus and I will never deal with them anymore.

It's totally a scam company. I can't really recall where they got me connect to its co called service. Before you agreed anything and not knowing what's the service it provided, it charged you! It charged me thru TELUS bills. How can a cmpany like TELUS is involved in such scam and collects money for the scam companies to its users. These telecom companies are pathetic, trading their users trust for money.

I am also in this problem. I just noticed what happened since November 2021. Thry took 4.99 each week by my phone provider. How can i be refunded 😭😭😭

Trim XS and ESR tv (same company) is a complete scam. They charged my Telus cell phone bill in Canada without my consent. Over 2 months they charged $60 as an in app purchase on my Telus cell phone bill. I believe this started through a QR code for Dance photos at a Dance competition in Burnaby, BC. You receive texts from #5415, which I initially ignored because I thought it was a scam. But then later I found out they were charging my cell phone bill. You do need to text stop to 5415 to cancel their fraudulent charges. They offer no services. I have reported this to the Canadian Better Business Bureau Scam Tracker. Please report.

completely Scam I don't know what this company is, noticed when see my phone bill. Received a msg 3 weeks ago on my phone that you weekly subscription is start and delete massage as normal spam massages after 3 weeks when I see my phone bill, they charging me through cell phone bill. when I call cell company they said you gave them permission, but I didn't do anything I got noticed after 3 weeks when I received my bill from provider. This company looting people with help of cell phone companies.

I don't know who this so called company is. Never heard of them. But there was an additional charge of 19.96 on my phone bill in Canada place there by them. I have contacted my phone provider and they have removed these charges. Now that I had received information about this fraudulent bogus company I will report them to the authorities. May they burn in Hell

100% stealing from people
These companies should shut down
Really stressed out about it.
Vodafone is not helping me at all

Why police no investigation this cases. This is illegal and crime. This is internet fraud. It is a crime. And we should stop them. As citizens duty should stop them. And Vodafone company is partnered with this company. We need police to investigate this. Please people call that people aware this.

We called Vodafone, we put the bars up against the company to block them taking money, advised to call company to get refund. Company claimed we subscribed through a three step verification system which is complete and utter lies, gave us an email
To get refund which we will fight to get
Have reported company to phone paid services authority I suggest you all

SCAM. Charged £146 by this ‘company’ without my knowledge or consent. I have never signed up to any trimxs service and was completely unaware what it even is! Spoken to someone over the phone who was not helpful, sarcastic and knows herself what’s going on! Complete scam. Check your phone bills for this payment and contact them to stop it immediately.

I advise anyone who has fraudulently been charged by this service or SP Two to contact Citizens Advice and report to Action Fraud.

Scam. Took £40 from my Vodafone account with zero consent from me. Refuse to ‘refund’ me as outside a 14 day period... I didn’t realise theft was allowed if you don’t follow up within 14 days. I will be reporting this company to evvvvery single regulator possible and taking them to small claims court. Don’t really care how much it costs, they will pay.

this company has been taking £3 a week from my Vodafone account without any authorisation. Vodafone have been most unhelpful. I have taken legal advice to recover the money.

Most flagrant scam I've ever experienced. Just received a load of unsolicited text messages from a "company" I'd never heard of prior to yesterday. Rang my phone company and found out receiving the texts cost me £20 and have very little recourse, as I don't want to contact these scumbags. Have blocked any 5-digit number from texting my phone as a result

Out and out, FRAUD. What are the mobile communication regulators doing about this company, while they openly steal from people.

Just found out that this Company has been taking cash via my Vodafone account since September 2019. They also raised the amount from £3 a week to £12 a week as I hadn't noticed the charges.
This was off a WIFI dongle that I only use in emergencies, never heard of TRIM XS and certainly never subscribed to it.
Vodafone claim they have no responsibility and the contact to the company is JUST to unsubscribe.
Obviously a SCAM and very sad that the authorities allow them to get away with it.

They stole €20 from my phone when I never signed up for it and they haven’t got back to me it’s a total scam
