The Challenger range of cases are excellent value for money

Very nice to deal with. Human interaction is available by phone and will definitely be dealing with Trifibre again. I got the best price I could possibly find for what I wanted. Well done you guys!

I've recently used Trifibre on multiple occasions for the mechanics trolleys / stools that I had seen on their website, I contacted them to see if I could possibly get them any quicker if I collected in-person. They were happy to sort this out for me even though they don't have a physical store, just the factory where everything is made. They have been availble for collection in around an hour every time! Thank's again for helping.

Trifibre is a misleading, dishonest company who I would never again recommend!
After much research, I ordered a SKB travel golf case from them for a birthday gift. There was very little in terms of e-commerce update and the listing is very misleading. The sizes do not account for the curve of the case and when it arrived, it didn’t fit in a standard golf bag. This rendered the item useless.
When enquiring about the return process, I was informed that SKB returns were not able to be sent back to the UK (this is not clearly marked in the section on their Ts & Cs titles ‘Returns’). Instead it needed to be sent back to the Netherlands at my expense, despite Trifibre not listing the item honestly and also providing misleading information about the delivery details - you’d need to scroll well beyond the ‘Returns’ section in t’s and c’s, past taxes, guarantees etc to a section specifically about the SKB returns process - there’s no reference to exceptions to the returns policy in the aforementioned section.
I was then £24 out of pocket to return a useless case with little apology from Trifibre. POOR - I would give 0 stars if I could!

Extremely bad service. Waited over a week for my product which they deliver company DPD also kept messing up and there was no real help or concern from the either company. Their resolution was that I collect the case myself after taking multiple days off work. Cancelled an purchased an real peli case. Cheap for a reason

Updates: you say you tried to help. You did the bare minimum and left me stranded. I’ve stopped all my crew purchasing from you and signed up with peli
