This review is for the tria frx…
This review is for the tria frx anti-aging laser device, for skin rejuvenation. My device after five weeks is faulty. The battery is lasting for approximately 2 uses, the warning light repeatedly comes on, and it also makes a ticking noise when plugging in and in use although I am unsure if this is normal for the device to make a ticking noise when in use, but certainly the ticking is new when I plug it in.
The number for customer services is not in service and I have been unable to find a way to speak to a customer services agent. The initial reply to your email is AI and all communication is on line only. I attempted to upload videos of the problems but unfortunately it would not accept them probably taking too long to download. The company seems to have different names for different departments and the contact form is cumbersome, you have to repeat the information you have already given on various forms. I initially sent copies of my invoice which were obviously dealt by AI as it asked me to send the invoice number repeatedly.
After only 5 weeks of using I can say that the claimed reduction in poor size seems to be rather temporary although they do advise an initial eight weeks assuming the device continues to work that long.
I find it interesting that this company does not seem to have very many platforms for reviews.
Considering the cost of the device and the limited access to customer services I would have reservations about ordering from this company again. I have sent a request for a replacement and we will see how that goes and I will update in the future should this prove good or bad.
