Brilliant service
Brilliant service . My dog Rocco had a lump removed they liased with the vets and once my he had his last check up the insurance claim form was sent to them and within a week they paid the money into my account. Brilliant service .

The claim was settled relatively quickly, although not as seamless as with past claims from another provider. We used two separate vets for continuous treatment of the same illness, but the process became confused and difficult to follow with the second company claiming directly before the first had submitted the claim. I am still not certain that both claims were collated and paid out fully.
In the past we have submitted a paper claim which was clear and easy to follow. This electronic process takes the onus away from the claimant and puts it in the hands of the vets which makes it hard for the claimant to corroborate or follow progress.

Simple and efficient claims service
We had to make 2 claims due to circumstances but they managed them really quickly with minimal input from us. They were accessible and easy to contact when we had queries, and it was simple to upload documents. It was an upsetting time for us but Dawn was very professional and kind through all our contacts with her.

I cannot fault this company, the all claim procedure was reasonably straightforward and sympathetic to the stressful situation we were in with our pet Riley’s condition. Payment was prompt and correct.

Helpful, reliable, ontime
Ok. Lost my job last year and had to claim from Trent services for my mortgage to be paid.
They were very helpful in providing the information to get everything started and helpful when I forgot to supply information they needed to continue the claim.
They were actually very quick indeed in progressing my claim, about 5 days after I sent them the information. They were also very quick indeed answering any questions I had. No more than a day.
I would not hesitate for a second using Trent services again.

Without Trent services I wouldn’t know…
Without Trent services I wouldn’t know what I’d of done. Broken pelvis and not knowing the outcome or when I’d be able to work again they made it worth every penny down to smooth process from start to finish I couldn’t recommend them enough. Professional and essential support during difficult times.
Trent Services are extremely professional and helpful. They assisted me throughout my claims process and except for one moment (which ended up being my mistake), I did not think they were trying to not pay out or find ways to get around the claim.

Injury/Sickness Claim
I had an injury to my finger which resulted in served finger and nerve damage. This part of claim was dealt with swiftly. This injury overlapped the surgery for a hip replacement and which was constantly delayed due to more information being needed twice. Why not ask my doctor for all my medical record at the once.
