Every thing seems to take a long time and constantly chasing. Quick enough to take your money but never pay the full claim. Deduct money for admin and other items . Will be changing insurance at renewal

Cat's Claim
I recently put in a claim for our cat's vet bill. The whole process was smooth, the communication with the company was faultless and my claim all went through within 2 weeks.
I would definitely choose this company again when my renewal is due next year!

Peace Of MIind When We Needed It Most
Going through a health scare with a pet is stressful enough without having to worry about complex paperwork and financial logistics. Our recent insurance claim was handled seamlessly, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience.
What stood out the most was how efficiently they resolved the claim directly with our vet practice. Taking the administrative and financial burden completely out of our hands meant we didn't have to juggle bills while worrying about our companion.
It allowed us to put 100% of our energy where it mattered most: on our pet’s recovery and well-being.

Delays on payment of claim
Whilst all the people I dealt with at Trent (on behalf of Lifetime Pet Insurance) were polite, friendly and kind, I did have to ring a number of times to establish why there was a delay in processing my claim. This in fact, I was informed, was down to Lifetime Pet Insurance not supplying confirmation of my up to date premiums.
Other than that there were no other issues.

Slow service
I appreciate the service level agreements for completing insurance claims, however my claim took longer than I anticipated. This was disappointing as my policy is a lifetime insurance policy and the claim related to an ongoing condition. Also, the correspondence I received failed to accurately reflect the claim reference numbers which was confusing.

60 Days minimum sick pay
After paying subscriptions for many years I needed to claim for income support (Hospital Critical). However, I was informed that the minimum time for sickness claims is 60 days (30 day Waiting Period and a 30 day excess)
As I will be off work for only 30 days only my claim would be invalid. I feel a bit robbed to be honest. I feel this policy is for people who are made redundant for long periods only. Read the Terms and Conditions. Put your money into an investment account. It will STILL be there when you need it.
