I am writing this review to share my experience with Trendhim regarding order #NZ267373.
To give credit where it is due, their customer support team responds quickly to email inquiries. However, the actual delivery and policy experience has been quite frustrating.
My order left the warehouse back on September 22nd, and it has now been weeks with no tracking updates.
When I reached out to request a refund due to the excessive delay, I was informed that they cannot process any refund until the parcel actually arrives. I initially followed their advice and submitted a return request, but after finding out how tedious that process would be, it left me with no choice but to cancel it and just wait for the order instead of getting the actual refund I wanted.
Because they gave me no real alternative to resolve the issue while the package is stuck in transit, I had to accept that there was nothing much I could do.
Fast communication is appreciated, but their inability to handle shipping delays or offer flexible refund solutions leaves much to be desired.
I don’t recommend this website at all (especially for people based in NZ)

We completely understand that two weeks can feel like a long time to wait for an order. All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark, and our standard delivery to New Zealand currently takes approximately 8–15 business days.
For orders where you need your parcel a little sooner, we also offer UPS Express delivery, which normally takes around 4–7 business days.
We’re also really sorry to hear about the ring, especially when you took the time to measure carefully beforehand. It’s such a shame to have a beautiful ring that your son isn’t able to wear!

Slowest international shipment I've had in a very long time. Ordered on the 11th still hasnt landed in NZ. Ended up buying another chain necklace from somewhere else. Not great at delivery
I purchased a bracelet on 8 June and according to their website it has been in transit since 10 June. At first they told me it is normal to have no updates on the tracking and now they email me daily saying they still don't know where it is. After 20 days "in transit" I have asked for a refund.
Update: Received an email advising they can't refund until the courier says it is lost. They have until the end of the week before I contact my bank. Absolutely shocking customer service!
Final update: My order arrived on 1 July and it is very nice. My advice to people buying stuff here is be aware that delivery can be very slow and online tracking is unreliable.

High quality service and product
The website has a great variety of products and it was really easy to negotiate and order what I wanted. The delivery tracking process was good and enabled me to see the packages progress once it had left the International Postal centre at processing centre at Kastrup…however I wasn’t aware the order was coming from Denmark to New Zealand. The package arrived about two weeks after ordering and the upon opening it, I found that there was one product missing from the order. After contacting the customer service crew at Trendhim, I have received notification that my other order is on the way .. woohoo 🎉 .. the customer service communications have been immediate responses to my situation and always in a friendly and helpful manner. The product I have received (men’s bracelet) is of very high quality and I am extremely happy with it. I am really happy with the service and recommend Trendhim as a men’s accessory provider.
