Outstanding Service and Peace of Mind – Highly Recommend Travel Sense Asia & Catherine
We engaged Travel Sense Asia for our Hanoi / Sapa family trip in December 2025, and the experience was excellent from start to finish, largely thanks to our travel consultant, Catherine.
I initially made an enquiry through Travel Sense Asia’s main WhatsApp channel. After sharing more details about our family’s requirements, preferred places to visit, and overall itinerary, I was assigned to Catherine. She reached out promptly and took the time to understand our needs in detail. Over several rounds of draft itineraries and quotations, she remained patient, friendly, and very accommodating until we finally settled on an itinerary that suited our family perfectly.
When it came to paying the deposit, I was naturally cautious due to the increasing number of scams globally. Catherine handled this concern very professionally. She reassured me by sharing documentation showing that Travel Sense Asia is registered with the Vietnamese Tourism Board and even sent photos of the relevant certificates. To further put my mind at ease, she suggested that I transfer a small amount first as a test to ensure the funds reached the company successfully. She also thoughtfully recommended using DBS Remit to avoid unnecessary surcharges or unfavourable conversion rates.
The deposit went through smoothly and was promptly acknowledged by Catherine. As our travel date approached, we made the final payment, which was also handled seamlessly and professionally.
Upon arrival at Hanoi Airport, everything was already well arranged. Our tour guide was there to greet us and escort us to our transport. Throughout the trip, everything went exactly as planned. There were no hiccups, no shortages, and we felt well taken care of at every stage. Importantly for our family, our Halal food requirements were properly arranged and consistently met.
Overall, I am very impressed with Catherine’s professionalism, transparency, and dedication, as well as Travel Sense Asia’s reliability. This was a stress-free and enjoyable experience for our family, and I will definitely engage their services again for future trips. Highly recommended.

Very organised and seamless
Very organised trip planned by our Sales Consultant Lucy for my family of 5. It was a last-minute trip so we did not have time to plan our own itinerary. I simply told Lucy the main things I wanted to explore in Hanoi and Sapa, and she magically whipped up such a detailed itinerary with absolutely spot-on time estimates. Lucy was responsive throughout the whole process before and during our trip. All entrance fees were already included, so there were no additional expenses required there except for tips and personal expenditure. We were assigned guides who could speak English well, as well as drivers who could converse in basic English. Everything was totally seamless and my family had an amazing time there. I highly recommend Travel Sense Asia, and my Sales Consultant, Lucy.

Wonderful 6 days in DaLat and Nha Trang
My wife and I had a wonderful 6-day trip covering Da Lat and Nha Trang. Everything went smoothly as planned. The weather and climate were just perfect. Definitely a value-for-money destination.
The agent, Catherine, was very helpful and made sure the plan suited our needs. We were there in early December, during the flooding, and she kept us updated on the situation, which was extremely useful. The accommodation and food were great, and both the driver and guide were friendly and helpful, making our trip truly memorable.

Anxious group Turned Happy Group
We had booked trip to NhaTrang/DaLat for Dec 2025 a group of 10 ppl...
But because of the recent tropical storm and flooding news, everyone was very anxious about it.
Lucy the Travel Advisor gave the
group many assurances that it was still fine to travel. Lucy..5 stars.. did a good job to accommodate our group requests for the trip. We did have a
