Great Service and extremely timely compared to similar Medial Supply Centers.

My machine didn’t work correctly. It would only work while plugged into the electric outlet. So while traveling over 14 hours broken up over 3 days the machine did not stay charged. The phone number never connected me to anyone. And once returned they refused to reimburse me after the machine didn’t work stating that my car charger was faulty. So we paid 520.00 and the machine didn’t work properly I do not recommend this company at all.

Liberty medical went out of their way to get the equipment that we had to rent ahead of time sent all the paperwork properly and was easy to deal with. The lady that I talked with on the phone was pleasant and understood what my requests were I would recommend them to anybody.

I just want to say that Evette from Liberty Medical went above and beyond to get us an 02 concentrator to use on our airplane flight from Chicago to Arizona!!! My husband had made a trip to Chicago for business and ended up in the hospital and rehab. from Covid. The rehab hospital would not release him to fly unless he had an 02 concentrator. So when contacted by the hospitals care coordinator, Evette went into action calling me and getting every detail to make this happen overnight for our flight the following day. We can't say enough about what a great job she did. We would use Liberty again, if we are ever in need of a concentrator or any other oxygen.

I needed to rent a portable oxygen concentrator for my mom and I called Liberty Medical. I had a long conversation with Libery Medical and was very happy until I received the equipment. It was not what we had discussed! It was explained to me that it was the equipment they had at the moment, he acknowledge his staff should have told me a different equipment was being sent.
I tested the SimplyGo to the point that I could set the settings and learned how to charge, etc.
The day of my Mom was traveling we found out that the 3 batteries sent were faulty (I charged them before hand to ensure they were fully charged). The power drains in less than 2 hours. My mom was on a plane for 5 hours with intermittent oxygen to save the power since none of the batteries worked and we couldn't charge the machine.
I called Liberty Medical, we worked with a technician that confirmed all 3 batteries were faulty and we needed new ones.
Now, I have to pay an additional fee for 2-day shipping to replace faulty equipment.
Make sure you read the "contract" before you sign it.
I had two issues and you would think this company would at least pay for the additional shipping.
I am NOT a satisfied customer and therefore giving this company 1 star.

I PURCHASED A USED ECLIPSE PORTABLE CONCENTRATOR. I HAVE USED IT A FEW TIMES AND I AM OVERJOYED WITH THIS UNIT. I NEEDED A CONSTANT FLOW PORTABLE UNIT FOR TRAVEL (NIGHT USE ONLY WITH ELECTRICITY). THIS UNIT IS EASY TO TAKE ON PLANE OR PACK IN CAR 17 LBS. LIBERTY MEDICAL WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME TO DECIDE WHICH UNIT TO PURCHASE. FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

My wife and I rented an oxygen compressor from Liberty Medical for our vacation. Tony and his staff were kind, caring, knowledgable and professional during this experience. We would recommend him and his company for any medical equipment needs you may have.

When my husband and I decided that he needed a portable oxygen concentrater we tried to use our Oxygen supplier. They did not handle concentraters which could supply the continuous oxygen supply my husband needed. I found Liberty Medical online and spoke to Yvette who is and was the most helpful customer service rep I have ever talked to. As there was a backorder on the concentrater we decided on, Liberty Medical overnighted us a loaner at no cost. Any concerns we have are immediately top priority for this company. I feel very comfortable in recommending Liberty Medical to anyone needing this type of service.
