I had a good experience with Travel O desk. Its a good option with decent rates compared to other vendors.The cab was well maintained, neat and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable ride driver was very polite with good behaviour taxi service was on time one should select such service in eastern UP.

Hired a innova again, this time to travel to Mumbai in Nov 2020. I was well pleased with the condition of the vehicle which was sanitized and clean given the current circumstances. Also, the driver Dilip maintained self sanitization when ever he came in contact with others at the toll posts. It was indeed a comfortable travel experience and I will recommend Travelodesk and their services attesting them for their time management, vehicle condition and their well groomed drivers.

Booking process was handled in quick time considering the formalities and documentation required for traveling inter-city in the COVID situation.

Rates were Reasonable and all requirements were well communicated by the customer support agent(Tisha); before, during and after the journey.

Excellent service provided by driver and also the guy (shaqib Mirza) have a very good management and provided a very good journey from kolkata to bhagalpur.
The car was proper sanitized and proper at time.
Even though changing with date within a day before they managed very well.
