We have used Travel House Mumbles on a number of occasions and always very good friendly service. This time it was a real challenge for Alannah and Gareth to try and find the hotel we had fanced. Alannah worked her socks off with phone call after phone call but we got there in the end. Cannot thank them enough.

Both advisers in the Mumbles travel…
Both advisers in the Mumbles travel house were brilliant they did everything to meet my requirements and get the holiday I had asked for they were very professional,polite and very efficient, the only downside was it took one and a half hours to complete due to the slowness of their computers/Internet other than that all good.

It was regrettable that on the day you came in to the store we were experiencing system issues and we apologised to you throughout the transaction whilst waiting for the booking to complete on the system. I must say your patience in relation to this was appreciated. I agree it did take a while to process but in your time in branch we did also look at other options you asked about which was also within this period of time stated.
