Paywalled only after they collected about everything they can about you. They get free data, you don't get sh*t. Incredibly poor solution.

Do not give this scamming site any of your money.

Really bad experience. Don't waste your time or money on this "AI tool".

I paid for a full transcript but I didn't get it in full. It just started repeating one sentence in the middle and filled the rest of the text with it.

I have asked their support to provide a full transcript but haven't heard back after a week. Now I asked for my money back and am waiting for a response.

I tried this service once to transcribe an audio file and paid €0.50 for what appeared to be a trial. The file was never properly converted and I couldn’t download any result. Without clear notice, my credit card was then charged €49.95 for a monthly subscription on the same day the trial ended. I cancelled immediately and contacted support for a refund. Very disappointing experience and the pricing/subscription terms are not clearly communicated.

This service isn't even free like it advertises. After I wasted my time finding out the service is not free, I got baited into buying a few hours. The accuracy is like Siri's accuracy. If you're going to make me pay, at least be accurate, waste of time and money. I'm not even going to ask for a refund, my times worth more than talking to these baiters that probably wont even give full refund.

Orders are delivered quicker than the expected date. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have one exception. One of my orders was not delivered on the expected date. I contacted support, but no response. Then, I emailed separately. Adeline was very responsive and courteous. I truly appreciate it.

Honestly, I'm disappointed and irritated. I was excited to use this service as an agency I work with uses them all the time. I paid for 2-day transcription and placed my order on 11/21. It was delivered 11/26 (because of the weekend which was fine), but when I went to look at and download the files I realized that only 13 of the 14 files I submitted were transcribed. I have emailed support twice now inquiring about the missing transcription that I've already paid for and have still yet to get the file now TWO WEEKS LATER. I haven't even received a response to my emails. I seem to be out of the money I spent on the missing file. I guess I will take the time to transcribe this file myself and use a different service next time.

We were invoiced and charged for a 7-day turnaround service. We have yet to receive our transcript, which is now four days overdue.

I just wanted to communicate my disappointment in the Transcript app. I uploaded an interview I did with a client and it returned with hundreds of errors and a handful of profane words. This gentleman has probably never uttered a bad word in his life, yet his transcription made him sound like a filthy, inebriated sports fan.

I will delete the app from my phone and warn people against using Transcribe for their projects. I encourage Transcribe to enhance their AI and provide customers with a better user experience.
