Attended a physical intervention training course with trainer Dave and it was easy to learn, just follow his clear instructions and you’ll come out like a pro

I enrolled in Training Strategies Ltd for my SIA license training course, and I am deeply dissatisfied with their services. It's been over three months since the course ended, and my SIA license has still not been paid for. Communication from the company has been abysmal, and I constantly have to chase them for updates and information. They consistently blame staff shortages and workloads for their failures to deliver on their promise of a 28-day license payment after PostOffice verification. While Mick Shutt, the tutor, was excellent, it's a shame that the company can't uphold their commitments. Overall, a highly frustrating and disappointing experience.

Mick Shutt training strategies alls I can say was excellent for the physical intervention part on security was patient while people were learning and very thorough with the training itself! 5 stars

Forced To Write To 2 Positive Reviews On The First Week For The Course To Get Extended From 2 Weeks To 5 Weeks Was In Everyday Even Knowing They Kept Changing The Dates Then After 5 Weeks I Got One Day Mixed Up And They Said I Can’t Come Back I Have Spent Money On Petrol Everyday I’ve Had To Buy A Passport Photo And I’ve Ordered A New Driving License For Them To Tell Me There’s Nothing They Can Do I Would Have To Sit The Whole Course Again When I Only Had 2 More Days Left And I’ve Been Coming For 5 Weeks

The course instructor, Kevin, was great. Engaging and informative. Overall, it was a good course, and I would recommend it. I learned new techniques, and the non-pain strategies for conflict management and physical intervention were good to learn.

Kevin was a great tutor I learned a lot from him and the course as a whole was incredible. Very informative and loved interacting throughout.

Attended EFA course today with Dave Rowland. Really enjoyed myself, Mr Rowland was very helpful and I have learnt a lot working with him. Friendly and reliable. Would recommend to a friend/family whom is looking to get into the SIA industry.

Can't thank Kevin Griffiths enough for all the help he has given me over the last few weeks don't think I would of gotten this far without his help top bloke and great mentor

The length of time it took to finish was very ideal for me and everyone taking the course. TS linked us to a mock exam App, Guard Pass and it helped us to practice for our exams with peace of mind. Thank you Wolf and Training Strategies team. I'm happy that in exactly one month from start of course, I already got my results and I passed all modules and now I can apply for my badge which TS will pay for. Thank you guys.

I've attended a physical intervention course and my tutor was Dave. It brought out abilities I didn't know I had and built my confidence in areas where I lacked badly all my life. I went into the course having little ability in the areas the course trained me in and I am a stronger individual all around. I was taught to believe in myself and that's the most important thing.

I have attended my physically intervention course with Dave and he shown great insight. With sense of humour to reach a good out come to improve my personal confidence and employment chances with private service sector.
