Poor service
The quote was better than my renewal with the same insurance company but customer service very poor.
Received my payment in full and still waiting for receipt.

Your email request for a receipt was sent on Friday evening 12th September. Our opening times are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, our aim is to deal with emails within 24 hours of receiving them. As your email was received on Monday 15th September, I can confirm that our Customer Service team have sent you a response this morning attaching your receipt.
Please check your junk/spam folders as sometimes our emails go in there.

Buying a Public Liability Policy
Getting a quote for Public Liability was so simple. The whole process was straightforward. And the price was excellent. I was especially impressed with an Admin Fee of just £10 - my previous brokers have just doubled theirs to £60!

i am trying to obtain a roof cleaning…
i am trying to obtain a roof cleaning insurance-there is not such a trade in the drop down box.
Tried to call the number on the website no one answer from 9:00 am to 10:00 am .I AM GIVING UP.
Chat is ok but they were unable to sort it out, and i am waiting for a call back from them.

I have checked your record and cannot locate receiving a communication regarding this issue.
As discussed when we spoke today, the documentation that gets emailed straightaway is the quotation documentation. This doesn't include the on cover policy schedule or certificate. To be able to view these you would need to log into your online account via our website, and after you've validated your email address you would then be able to see the most up-to-date documentation.
