I keep getting e-mails asking me to review Trade Save Kitchens even though at this point the units are not due to arrive for several more weeks.Therefore the only thing I can review is the on-line experience and order placement which were both good. The reason I chose to order through Trade Save is that their website allowed me to choose the units that I wanted without someone else doing it for me. All dimensions and information were clearly noted. Hopefully, when it arrives everything will be of a high standard.

Excellent Quality Kitchens, my Joiner could not believe the quality build of the Kitchen he was fitting for me. I must also thank Chris who from start to finish was first class thank you Chris and you team who built the Kitchen. I would highly recommend these kitchens. I have used other Kitchen companies but none as good as Tradesave.

Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Would have got 5 stars if they had cut the holes for the door hinges (apparently not done on door only orders). As it is its going to be a real pain to do myself and I have to feel that their workshop should be set up to do something like that really quickly and easily. Perhaps reconsider the policy?

We do make it clear on our website that this service isn't normally available when purchasing doors without cabinets, so the customer is clear before making a purchase from us.
Saying that, we do like to see that our customers are happy with their purchase and we do pride ourselves on offering quality products with a great customer service experience.
That being said, if you would have contacted us before hand, knowing that you would have found it really difficult to drill the doors for hinges and you would have been prepared wait longer for your order, I'm sure we could have arranged something for you.
I can confirm that this service is something that we are looking into for the near future.

Very good products and excellent customer service.
We were very pleased with the kitchen unit door and trims we ordered for our kitchen. They were very well packaged so they were in perfect condition when they arrived. We were notified when they would arrive which one parcel did but the van driver did not have the second one on his van, a mistake by the couriers. I emailed Trade savers and got a quick reply they contacted the couriers and the missing parcel arrived the next morning. Very good service and they even offered to send the parts by one day delivery if they did not come before noon the next day. Can't have better service than that.

Would definitely recommend
Quick and efficient order online. Order arrived when stated. I had a couple of handles that had scratches on, took photos, emailed, then phoned following day. Chris took care of things and assured me they would be replaced and would be with me by the Monday. They were! Very impressed and very happy with the service received. Thank you.

Easy to deal with ordered kitchen cane when they said it would, product is excellent and service amazing we needed extra door and it was delivered very next day from our phone call 😳 that’s service, project manager well impressed.
