I had never heard of Tradepipes before…
I had never heard of Tradepipes before but as I could. only find one other stockist of the small diameter silt trap I required I gave them a call. Whilst I couldn’t place my order over the phone the gentleman I spoke to checked the stock availability and confirmed that I would have my item within two days if I ordered online. I placed my order immediately after the call and it was delivered just before noon 2 day later. Quality is excellent- a really substantial product and far superior to the one I was replacing! Thank you!

Pipe delivered within two working days as promised

Ordered pipes and fittings two weeks…
Ordered pipes and fittings two weeks ago received fittings. Never received the pipes told that they have been dispatched and lost in transit twice.
Now trying for a third time let’s see how they do.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - we’re sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service provided, however we feel the need to clarify a few things in order to paint a full picture of this situation:
Your order was placed last Monday the 27th, and was promptly dispatched the following day on Tuesday the 28th, with the goods being shipped on an overnight service. When you contacted us to report that part of your order had not been delivered the following day, we advised (in line with advice given by the delivering courier) that the outstanding items would follow for delivery the following day.
We then didn't hear anything from you until the bank holiday weekend, during which we were closed until Tuesday 5th. We then picked up your message within half an hour of re-opening on Tuesday morning, to confirm that replacement goods had been shipped out.
While we appreciate there was another delay on these replacements goods with the courier, we feel that a one-star review is unfair, as these grievances appear to be directed at the service provided by the transport company, rather than the service provided by ourselves here at Trade Pipes, which we feel was both prompt and decisive at all times. Despite this, we appreciate any and all feedback in order to improve our service moving forward.

Used Trade Pipes for the first time…
Used Trade Pipes for the first time last month. Their prices are very competitive and the quality of the pipes seems fine. We had a couple of issues with their carriers which resulted in split deliveries and some shortages, but a quick call got the problems resolved.
Good customer support.

Our lines are constantly monitored, but can be busy at times, so it's likely pure chance that you have been unable to get through on the phone. We do, however, offer several other methods of contact, including email, as well as our online web form. I note that neither of these have been utilised to date.
At any rate, one of our advisors has reached out to you this afternoon to discuss the matter further. We hope you will consider revising this review once the matter has been resolved to your satisfaction.
