That means a lot, especially coming from someone with 10+ years on the tools and experience using different certification software.

We’ve built Tradecert to feel intuitive and straightforward because electrical certificates should support the job, not slow it down. Really glad you’ve found the platform easy to use and that support has been there when you’ve needed it.

You’ve made a fair point about local storage and working offline. We know a lot of electricians are in plant rooms, risers and basements with no signal, and reliable offline functionality is a big focus for us as we continue developing the software. Feedback like this helps shape what we prioritise next.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave such a detailed review and for backing tradecert.

Really appreciate you saying that.

We know how important branding is on your electrical certificates, so if there’s ever an issue with logos or company details, we try to sort it as quickly as possible. Glad we could get back to you straight away and get it sorted.

Thanks as well for the kind words about the software. It means a lot to hear Tradecert is delivering both on support and as electrical certification software. Really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.

Great to hear you’re enjoying the Tradecert app, really appreciate you giving it a go.

A lot of electricians try different certification software before finding something that actually feels straightforward. We’ve worked hard to make Tradecert user friendly from day one, whether you’re creating EICs, EICRs or Minor Works, and to make the free trial worth your time.

Glad it made enough of a difference for you to subscribe. Thanks for the support and for trusting tradecert with your electrical certificates.

That’s brilliant to hear, thank you for such detailed feedback.

We know how important it is for electrical certification software to work smoothly when you’ve got multiple electricians using it, not just a single user. Tradecert has been built to handle teams properly, with multi device access and a layout that stays simple even as your company grows.

We’re constantly rolling out updates based on real world feedback, so it’s great to hear it feels like the software you’ve been searching for. Thanks again for trusting tradecert to support your certificates and your business.

Thanks for this, that’s exactly what we aim for.

Creating electrical certificates should be quick and straightforward, especially when you’re on site and don’t have time to fight with clunky software. We’ve focused heavily on usability and simplicity so that producing EICs, EICRs and Minor Works certificates feels smooth from start to finish.

Really appreciate you saying it’s the quickest certification app you’ve used. That kind of feedback makes all the development worthwhile. Thanks again for using tradecert and taking the time to leave a review.

This is brilliant to read, thank you for such a detailed review.

It’s a big compliment that you’ve used Tradecert with another company and then chosen to start your own subscription. That says a lot. We’ve worked hard to make the app easy to navigate so creating electrical certificates doesn’t become another headache when you’re already busy on site.

Great to hear the AI upload for distribution boards is making a real difference. That feature was built specifically to speed up EICRs and cut down the time spent manually entering DB schedules, so knowing it’s saving you time and stress is exactly what we want.

And thank you for the kind words about support. We know when you’re dealing with certificates, you need answers quickly. That’s why we keep things simple and stay responsive, including on WhatsApp.

Really appreciate you recommending tradecert and trusting it with your paperwork.

That’s brilliant to read, thank you for taking the time to write this.

We’ve always said Tradecert should be electrical certification software built around real electricians, not the other way round. So hearing that it feels like it’s designed around what users actually need means a lot.

We’re constantly developing new features and improving existing ones based on feedback from people using it every day for EICRs, EICs and Minor Works. The goal is simple, make certificates quicker, easier and less stressful to produce.

Really appreciate the support and the kind words about the team. Thanks again for backing tradecert.

This is an unbelievable review. Honestly, thank you for taking the time to break it down like this.

You’ve summed up the real problem perfectly, writing up electrical certificates is tedious, especially after long days on site when the certs still need issuing ASAP. Tradecert was built to remove that double handling and friction, so hearing the AI import is turning one hour jobs into 10 to 20 minutes makes all the work behind the scenes worth it.

The time breakdown you’ve shared is powerful as well. When you zoom out and realise that electrical certification software can realistically save 60 to 70 hours a year, that’s days of your life back. That’s exactly what the AI upload for distribution boards and previous certificates is meant to do, cut the admin without compromising accuracy.

Really appreciate you mentioning the 3 phase board issue as well. No software is perfect, especially when dealing with the way some TPN boards are labelled, but we’ll always acknowledge issues and work on them properly. And if someone’s stuck at 10pm trying to get certs finished, we know how important it is to respond quickly.

Thank you as well for recommending Tradecert to your colleagues. Word of mouth from electricians who actually use it day in, day out means more than anything else.

Genuinely appreciate the support.

Really appreciate this, thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback.

We’ve put a lot of thought into making Tradecert genuinely user friendly on site, because electrical certification software needs to be fast and practical when you’re busy, not something that slows you down. Glad you’re finding the layout and speed make a difference.

Great to hear you’re using the certificate presets as well. Being able to customise certificates for your own company and quickly see all site information in one place should take a lot of the admin pressure off.

And it’s brilliant that the AI features are helping. If certification feels less painful and significantly quicker, then it’s doing exactly what it was designed to do.

Thanks as well for the kind words about support. We know when you’re mid-job you can’t wait hours for a reply, so we try to keep responses fast whether it’s Messenger or elsewhere.

Really appreciate the recommendation and for trusting tradecert with your certificates.

Thank you for taking the time to write this, honestly it means a lot.

Making the switch from Electraform is not a small decision, especially when something is already working well for you, so hearing that Tradecert genuinely blew you away after giving it a proper try is massive for us.

It is great to hear how you are using it across iPad Pro and iPhone with everything staying in sync. That multi device cloud setup is a big part of what makes Tradecert such a practical electrical certificate app for day to day testing. Being able to input results quickly, reorder and renumber circuits, bulk N A or N V entries, and move through test certificates without friction is exactly how electrical certification software should feel.

Really glad you highlighted the AI features as well. The AI uploads, AI notes analysis and smart suggestions are designed to save serious time on EICRs and certificates, especially when referencing boards and turning site notes into properly worded observations. When it clicks, it really does change how fast paperwork can be completed.

The photo appendix and clear layout are also things that matter more than people realise, especially when you want customers to properly understand what they are looking at in a report.

Appreciate the trust, the support and the feedback. Reviews like this help more contractors discover Tradecert as a serious piece of electrical certification software, not just another test app. Excited to keep improving it and raising the standard even further.

Great to hear you see Tradecert as a real leap forward. The aim has always been to build electrical certification software that genuinely improves how EICRs and certificates are completed, not just replicate old paper forms on a screen.

Also really glad you have found the team easy to get hold of and open to ideas. A lot of the improvements in the electrical certificate app come directly from user feedback, so that ongoing input makes a big difference.

Love that title.

Thank you for trusting Tradecert and making the move to our electrical certification software. Four months in and never looking back is exactly what we hope for when a company switches over.

Great to hear the AI features are saving serious time. That is the whole point of building an electrical certificate app with proper AI built in, not as a gimmick but as something that genuinely speeds up EICRs and larger tests. Being able to have it open across multiple devices and keep everything in sync is a game changer on bigger jobs as well.

Really appreciate the comments about the new features and the customer service. The aim is to keep improving the software and keep raising the standard. Thanks again for the support.
