We were not sure what to do with regard to curtains in our bay window. Neither of us wanted to block the light with curtains at the bends.
We found Tracks Direct online who shaped a continuous rail with returns to the wall each side of the bay.
Measuring was easy with their online guides - which was all checked by the company. They gave us some great advice on brackets to facilitate the 'sweep' of the curtains.
Track arrived as stated and was easy to put up. It looks fantastic.
From start to finish, the whole process took 14 days which would have been 7 - had I not been tardy in checking my emails.

For some reason I note that this review site thinks we are writing from France - not so. We live in the UK.

Worked really well with good product, as one expects at their prices. Delivery was also expensive, so I didn't expect a dump on the doorstep in the rain.

Bought Silent Glass 1280 curtain track. Expensive but quality of all parts much much better than the standard Swish. And priority delivery very efficient

The website is very comprehensive and we were able to select the most appropriate track quickly. Ordering was easy. Delivery was amazingly quick and the track arrived in a sturdy cardboard tube (full marks for recyclability). Would certainly recommend.

Excellent customer service. At first we had some issues with the order confirmation and payments taken, etc.... but this was entirely IT related. Once this was sorted the tracks arrived very promptly but somehow the angle was off. I would like to enchant Ruth who went beyond and above to ensure I got the measurements right and the delivery to my convenient timings. Outstanding responsive and helpful, overall a very pleasant and enjoyable customer service.
