An ad was running for SwankAPosh, but it wasn't the actual company at all. Apparently, they have stolen their marketing. I placed an order on 2/20/25. According to their tracking it was delivered and signed for. I have camara and told them that was false. They offered 40% and sent a redelivery with expeditated service. They then replied the package was lost by their preferred shipper. Know today March 31, I am still waiting on the second package coming from China. I reported this marketing to FB with zero results. They are allowing fake companies to still the identity of actual businesses and scam customers. Charges need to be filled on this type of business practices and FB needs to do more in protecting their users. Now the second package says delivered and I saw no person on my camera that have dropped of any item.

SCAM TOTAL SCAM. They "delivered"y package 2 times and never got anything. Asked for a refund and they said it would take 25 to 30 days. :(

It was said that my package was delivered signed for never got it contacted them said they would reship it and once I got it I would get one free item off my order. Resend the order shipped out said it would was delivered sign for never got it. I contacted them and they wanted to give me 70% back I demanded 100%, they sent me an email that they were giving me a 100% back. Kept checking my account nothing. Then I saw a $9 and change credit on my account from the place I ordered from inform them that I was going to notify my bank they started a dispute at the bank and I also sent them all correspondence of emails with me and them back and forth I also sent them the email where they told me I was going to get 100% back and the $9 in change was less than 70% back so I will get all my money you just have to work with your bank.

They scammed me too. Im going to get ahold of President Trump and tell them what this company is doing.

Me pone que el pedido está entregado y es falso. Pusieron en el seguimiento que me lo entregaron el día 21 a las 13.44, lo fuerte es que el mensaje lo pusieron a las 7 de la mañana del día 21. Por lo visto viajan en el tiempo. Llevo más de 15 correos y nadie responde. Como se denuncia esto?

Confermo quanto scritto da tutti. Truffa, solo truffa. Nessuna merce viene consegnata, nessun contatto possibile.

I ordered a dress online from China to Denmark. Track678 said it was delivered, but I was home the whole day, and they're was no traffic on our street. I called the company that sent it, and they sent me a replacement dress. The exact same thing happened again. Track678 said they delivered it, but they didn't. Again there was no traffic on my street. I contacted the company and when I asked for specific delivery details, they said they couldn't help me. Please don't do business with this company.

I was told my package was delivered but I never received it so I contacted the company and they said they sent out another order but I never received that one either. Now they want to reimburse me but only for part of my money as they say the company requires reimbursement also and I still have never received my money back either. I've been dealing with this for three months now. Total scam. I am very angry about this issue as I had birthday gifts in this package.

I was scam out of my package also. It showed me that my order was delivered, but it never came. I asked for a replacement and they sent a different tracking number it shows that the package is moving, but all of a sudden this morning is gone. I sucks it up and took the lost for $67 bucks.

Please DO NOT shop with any company that works with shipping carrier of Track678!!! I had order from the company mnml.la and they used the shipping carrier Track678. The first time they claimed that my order was shipped to me but never arrived. They resent my order and still claimed it was delivered to me and never arrived! Do not trust this company!
