The Party Wall Collective Anmeldelser

Excellent service from start to finish

I had a really positive experience with Party Wall Online. Benjamin was my main point of contact and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making what initially seemed like a complicated process feel straightforward and manageable.

Benjamin was professional, knowledgeable and always happy to answer my questions, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process.

I would definitely use Party Wall Online again for any future work and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Excellent service; thank you, Benjamin!

Easy process, no complaints at all, would definitely recommend

Really surprised at how good this service was. Ben was a great help, his initial call was helpful and informative and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Ben did a great job for us and would highly recommend. Very professional and experienced and able to solve all issues that came up. Great communication throughout. Also excellent value and integrity with fixed price honoured despite a lengthy award process.

I worked with Ben and Alana to secure party wall surveys for our renovation. The communication was excellent with all parties, the work completed as quickly as possible and the fees clear from the onset and reasonable. They helped get us through this aspect of our build very quickly and efficiently. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

The team were really friendly, quick and efficient. They managed to fit us in at short notice and turned the report around quickly. Would 100% recommend.

The Party Wall Collective were excellent to work with. Communication was very clear and efficient throughout the process, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. They explained each step clearly, which made the whole process easy to understand and stress-free. I would highly recommend them.

We received great communication from the party wall collective and we found the whole process smooth and easy to navigate. This removed a significant stress from our extnesion planning and also helped with making sure our neighbours were informed and on board.

We used Ben for our Party Wall dispute during the planning stage of our loft extension at the recommendation of our builders. He was professional, helpful, polite and understanding throughout. They understood the time pressure we were under and did everything they could to expedite the process. Recommend

Ben was our main contact and explained the whole party wall process clearly. He handled our very tight timeline with impressive speed and professionalism. Communication was smooth throughout, and we always felt well supported. Everything went smoothly from start to finish - highly recommend this agency.

Ben is super helpful and knowledgeable. I'd certainly recommend people to work with him and his team

In the murky world of Party Walls, TPWC offer a real breath of fresh air. Clear fixed pricing, pragmatic, easy to get hold of reliable in their delivery. A very positive experience.

Good communication throughout from Ben and the team and helpful answers were given to any questions we / our neighbours had.

A few errors and inconsistencies in the initial drafts but these were quickly fixed and didn’t impact the process.

I would recommend their services to anyone going through the party wall process!

I made the mistake of not looking at the negative reviews or just assuming they were from people that had an "unforeseen and unfortunate event" during the party wall. After we had already engaged with Ben, I read all of his responses. Please notice: he is quick to straw-man the reviewer ("you only have negative reviews on here") instead of actually trying to improve his business.

I imagine party walls are trivial unless they're difficult (ha!) and probably the majority of reviews here are from the trivial cases. Ours was not.

We engaged with them on August 7th. They reached out to the other company, but progress was painfully slow. I had to do all the chasing myself, sending emails and trying to call the other company by phone. I also had to chase The Party Wall Collective 8 times for updates. On several occasions, a scheduled appointment never happened. Other times, it was because they weren't good at chasing the other company themselves. The most frustrating part was being told by Ben on September 18th (6 weeks after we had engaged with him), "The other company has been slow and expensive in the past, so see how we go." This suggested he knew they were unreliable, yet I was the one left to do all the work. If they knew this was an issue, why not flag it immediately and save us precious weeks?

As I've since learned from other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident. The pattern of poor communication, a failure to return calls, and Ben’s defensive and dismissive replies to negative feedback is a reoccurring theme. My experience, like others, shows a clear lack of professionalism.

Just go with someone else. If it's easy you won't know the difference, but if it's hard you'll be grateful

They’re incredibly speedy and very professional. Make the party wall agreement process so easy!

Ben and Alana did a brilliant job of explaining the process and at keeping us up to date of any issues. They were very candid about the issues which were out of their control. All delivered within expected timeframes. Would highly recommend.

Wouldn’t ever use Ben again.
Don’t recommend

We recently (in May this year) used The Party Wall Collective and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ben explained each step of the party wall award process. He was pragmatic and ensured that both our concerns and those of our neighbour were addressed and he explained the important points to focus on getting agreement on.

Ben was always responsive and pushed hard to reach agreement with our neighbour’s party-wall surveyor.

We are really pleased with the service we received. Ben took all the stress out of the start of our building project. We can’t recommend The Party Wall Collective highly enough.

The Party Wall Collective were recommended by our construction company and we were glad we used them. Communication was clear and fast and they undertook the surveys quickly and sent the report promptly too. It was a very smooth experience and having used a party wall company before, they represented excellent value for money. We would highly recommended them.
