Opinión solo sobre la venta web: hice un pedido que tras varios días no se ponía en marcha. Para contactar solo hay un correo, por lo que decidí solicitar cancelación. No recibí respuesta ni nada, tras eso vi en la web que se enviaba, me llegó aviso de MRW la empresa de transporte. Tras más de 10 días, veo que no avanza nada, así que escribo de nuevo. Ahí me dicen que como lo cancelé que lo anularon. Genial, hubiera estado bien una respuesta al primer correo y la devolución del importe al momento.
