No core exchanges
I like the prices and delivery times. I don't like that with my last item there was no instructions on how to return the core. I'm assuming that I would have to pay for the core exchange delivery (basically there is no core exchange, the money i get back from the exchange will cover my exchange shipping costs). With the core charge the pricing comes out to the same if bought locally.
