I explore the menu for the week and decide how many meals and extras I need. I’m excited to get my delivery and have a shelf in my refrigerator for my Tovala meals and place them in by cook by date. I like that I get to somewhat put the ingredients together but don’t have any shopping or major decision making- just choose a meal! I really am so happy with Tovala and know that my husband and I are eating better. I’ve had some late or warm deliveries- Tovala was very quick to refund my order.

Tovala continues to support me and does not disappoint. I have lost 30 pounds in 4 months using these meals once daily as a supplement to my days eating plan. I am HOOKED FOR LIFFE!!!!!

The fact that you care.

The quality of the proteins used is amazing; much better than I can purchase at our grocery stores. The amount of meal choices are amazing and so tasty yet healthy. The ease of preparing the meal with the quick and easy instructions and having an oven that cooks with three different methods all at the same time with no programming on my part is absolutely amazing, as well.

It makes evening meals something to look forward to.

The oven works beautifully. The ease of use through wifi connectivity is great. Food comes out cooked properly each time. The easiest oven to keep clean that I have ever used. The multiple functions makes the oven very versatile for other uses other than just preparing meals that you order. I use it for everything from making toast to broiling a steak.

The food is great and the price is right and the meals come on time! What else can you ask for! We love our Tavola meals and have recommended it to everyone we know.

Tovala has literally changed my life! I have lupus and unfortunately sometimes I get pretty sick and when this happens even getting to the shower is a huge chore and feels like Mount Everest. When I am sick one thing that helps me get better is if I'm eating healthy and it's a catch-22 because I don't feel well enough to cook for myself. So joining this subscription has made it so that I no longer need to do that! I have delicious meals that are ready to go and they don't taste processed, the meat and vegetables are fresh and I save myself so much time! I have more time to spend with my new dog, my son, and nature! I am so grateful that I took a chance on the subscription! I've been thinking about doing it for years and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!

Tovala meals are nutritious, tasty and well-prepared before cooking in the oven. The oven itself is very reliable and I sue it for non-Tovala cooking as well

I'm so glad this was invented. No chopping, easy delicious meals. Actually, pretty affordable for 8 meals.I'd spend more at the grocery store and throw half away. You also get the oven to cook and scan your meals..

Its just so easy to use, the food tastes great, the variety is pretty impressive. Definitely the best, most affordable meal service my husband and I have ever used.

I started Tovala just to get the oven, but the meals are amazing? I spend about as much with Tovala as I do at the grocery store, but the meals are chef inspired with less waste, less time, and less mess. I am truly one of Tovala's biggest fans and I can't see myself changing anytime soon. I love Tovala!

I have been with Tovala for at least 6 months. The meals are delicious, generous, easy to prepare with a minimum of cooking time. They look appetizing on the plate and I would highly recommend. I have been married for nearly 60 years and absolutely love the break from meal decision, shopping and preparation. Both my husband and I enjoy the freedom! I love the Tovala oven, which simplifies the cooking process by controlling the timing and temperatures involved, as well as the various cooking styles available, such as baking, broiling, toasting, air frying, and reheating. Most of the meals are terrific, and the food is high-quality. I really appreciate the individualized packaging of the food items, including spices and sauces, so that I have control of what I add and how much of it I use. The deliveries are almost flawless, and the packaging demonstrates Tovala's commitment to protecting the environment. I have been extremely happy with almost all of my experiences since I started using Tovala in January of this year,

The Tovala oven isn’t just an oven!!! It’s five cooking methods in one. Your food is arriving fresh and raw- This oven steams, bakes, broils, and so much more! The food plan is easy simple and oh so delicious. The ingredients are high quality and it simply takes 20 minutes or less and your dinner is ready. My delivery day is always Tuesday so we now know every Tuesday is “Tovala Tuesday “!!! Don’t forget the extra add-ons my favorite are the chocolate chip cookies and definitely the appetizers “southwestern chicken egg rolls OMG amazing!!! I can’t say enough, it’s easy my granddaughter can do it herself and it literally looks like a chef prepared the meal. You can even skip a week or a couple months, pause your subscription or cancel all on the app! I’ve had a minor shipping issue and Tovala took care of the problem immediately! That definitely was a plus.
