Booked a tour from Jerusalem to Haifa, Caesarea, Acre through getyourguide.com. Found out US president was going to be in town the day of tour so tried calling local number to confirm. No answer, just a message in Hebrew, which I don't speak. Not great for a tourist-centered business. Called the US number for getyourguide and they said they called the tour company and confirmed it was happening. Contacted them again through the chat to double check and it was confirmed AGAIN. showed up at the pickup site 20 minutes early. When they were 20 minutes late, I called the U.S. number again. They contracted the tour company and then I got a call from them telling me they've been waiting for me for 30 minutes, IN TEL AVIV! They said I booked the wrong pickup location. I sent them my booking which clearly had the pickup in Jerusalem. They then sent me a cancellation saying it was cancelled due to "road closures" which was a lie and I assumed they did that to cover up their mistake with getyourguide. Complete incompetence and a waste of time. If they had zero stars, that would be my review.

Professionally guided and also the driver was great! Would repeat the tour.

Excellent and reliable company. During wartime conditions, Tourist Israel took great care of us crossing from Israel into Jordan. Unlike other companies, they are completely transparent, provide reliable local contact information, and respond almost instantly to any questions. As promised, the driver on the Israeli side was punctual and in communication with us half an hour before pickup time. Hamdi, the driver in the Jordanian side, was a true gem. With unexpected delays on the border due to an incoming missile alarm, he waited for us for more than two hours, was in touch with us the entire time, and calmly guided us through the process. He was kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. If you are considering traveling to Jordan, either crossing the border during wartime, or visiting as a tourist, this is the company to go with.

Our flight home from Israel to Boston on June 18 was canceled. Though we rescheduled to July 4, we needed to leave sooner. Amman, Jordan seemed like the best way to do so. Getting flight reservations on Royal Jordanian Airlines to JFK was fairly simple. The biggest obstacle we faced was getting to and crossing the border from Israel to Jordan. We researched options and thankfully chose Tourist Israel, who offered a private shuttle transfer service from Israel to Amman. We are thrilled we did. The day before, Tourist Israel gave us detailed instructions including contact information for each driver. The Israeli driver who picked us up on time from our starting point in Israel was excellent. He was in contact with us an hour hour before he arrived, which was great. He drove us to the Sheik Hussein Jordan River border crossing near Beit She’An. He then directed us where to walk to the Israeli terminal where we would exit the country. We had detailed instructions from Tourist Israel on how to cross the border from Israel into Jordan. Though crowded, we crossed easily. At this point, we had already been contacted by the folks in Jordan who arranged the service. We met our Jordanian driver at the border. He was also wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2.5 hour drive to Amman. Our driver showed us so many interesting sites. What a wonderful experience. The service is 5+ stars. Initially on booking I tried to reach the office and had difficulty, but it is war-time after all. We did have a confirmed ride. They were in touch with us finally and as needed. Everything was seamless. During these incredibly challenging times, Tourist Israel is the way to go. I highly recommend them for any travel in Israel including these more difficult moments to cross the border.

The is the second time using Tourist Israel and both times were really professional trips. Yesterday, we evacuated from Israel due to the war. We booked the private trip from Israel to the Amman Airport. We had 2 really good drivers. One in Israel to the border and one from the Jordanian side of the border to our hotel at the airport. The communication with Tourist Israel was very good. The Jordanian driver was in communication with me from the early morning, while still in Israel until reaching him at the border. It felt safe and comfortable. I would totally recommend them for this purpose. In addition, our trip to Petra a few years ago was very memorable and it was one of the most spectacular sites we have been to. Again professional and comfortable.

I used Tourist Israel to arrange transportation to Amman Airport in Jordan. The entire process was excellent. They communicated with me on WhatsApp the entire time, including making sure everything was going well, they gave me detailed instructions on what to do and what to expect the day before, and all the drivers on both sides of the border were very nice. I would highly recommend this service and I will definitely try to do some of their tours next time I'm in the region.

I booked a last minute transfer from Tel Aviv to the airport in Amman Jordan during the war with Iran. Ben Gruion Airport was shut down and we needed a way home. Despite lots of people needing to do the same thing, they responded to my email almost immediately. I got everything booked within minutes. Not only were they quick and professional, they were much less expensive than any other group I contacted for the same service. I received quotes of over $5000 for this. They made an incredibly scary situation that much better. I would not hesitate to use them again for other services.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have paid $200 Australian Dollars for Israel tour they cancelled the tour and said they will refund my money. I have tried several times emails and phone contact but seems to disappear out of thin air. To all lovely people out there do not in anyway deal with these scammers you will loose your money like I did. Do not waste your hard earned money on these people you will loose.

Excellent trip, our guide Jorge is awesome, sharing all sort of history background, insights and experiences in Bethlehem and Jericho, West Bank, a glimpse of its intricate livelihood of the ancient Biblical region.

Last Thursday on 8 May I had prebooked and prepaid for a Tourist Israel driver to take me from Ben Gurion Airport to Jerusalem. I have the written confirmation. I was supposed to meet the driver at the Tal Limousine Counter on Level Two of the airport. The night before arriving I was advised to meet the driver outside Gate 32 which is on the departures level of the airport and was given a mobile number to contact the driver in the event of a problem. My flight from Dubai was late so I sent an SMS to the driver to advise him of that situation. I got NO reply from the driver and there was no one there to meet me. I went to the Tal Limousine Counter and they had no record of my booking. We tried four times to ring the emergency number that Tourist Israel had given me which was never answered. The emergency number has never been answered despite numerous attempts even after 8 May. I have sent SMS messages and emails to Tourist Israel's office in Tel Aviv demanding a refund as I had to use another company to get me to Jerusalem. When I call the TLV office, I get the runaround. All I get is a pre-recorded answer asking me to leave a phone message and they will get back to me immediately. They have never rung me back or ever answered the phone directly. Their service has been an absolute disgrace on every level. I will initiate a dispute via my credit card company as I did not get the service I paid for and it has been impossible to make direct contact with the company.

My ride from the Jerusalem hotel to the Ben Gurion airport was originally scheduled for May 9, but I ended up having to reschedule my flights due to a security-related airline cancellation. I was able to get ahold of the transfer company, which understood my situation and helped me change my reservation to the previous day (El Al was the only airline with flights available that week).

Good and helpful organisation of border crossing both on Israel and Jordan side.
Great program within just two days (snorcheling in Aqaba, Dinner, Jeep tour in Wadi Rum, camel ride, Bedouin Camp, Petra visit including Bus tour to Petra and back.
Very friendly and helpful Jordan guide, with great interest do give his tour members unforgettable impressions of Jordan and to enable as many experiences as possible, with good advices, but also listening to wishes of his guests. Very recommendable.

I liked the way Yana was passionate about the information she passed onto the group, how she explained everything and how all the visit went on.

The tour to Jerusalem was perfect in all aspects.
Our driver made sure we got back and forth safely.
Yana, our guide, showed absolute knowledge and enthusiasm to explain all the history behind this amazing city.

It was enjoyable Jerusalem tour day with Jana, unlike the disappointing one we did 2 days ago to Masada with Shariff ( I believe that’s his name).
Jana was full of knowledge and showed us some secret spots of Jerusalem that I haven’t visited before ( been to Israel many times).

The tour started on time, the driver Samar was efficient and our guide was also knowledgeable and easy going in explaining things and kept the tour engaging.

The guide Ahmed was fantastic, a wealth of knowledge, and really knew how to handle different of personalities....also the guys that helped us across the border were very professional and able to handle everything.

It was great. Enjoyed a lot.

Kareem, our guide, was very welcoming and went the extra mile to look after us. The days were full, but well paced, with downtime for those who wanted it. Going to an unfamiliar place was made easy and I was able to ask questions about how I might go back and explore for longer at a later date. When we got in the bus they said that we’d leave as family. I certainly felt that transition. Brilliant.

This was amazing trip. Everything in the trip was amazing.
