The most comfortable pads ever! Unlike normal plastic ones they are so much more absorbent and I forget I'm wearing them. Love getting them delivered through my door every month and being able to easily edit my order. Recommend this brand to all of my friends.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. It's about time this subject was taken more seriously and moved in a more health and environmentally conscious way.

Love their products! It's been a game-changer for my periods. I feel safer by using organic cotton and I like that their packaging is fully recyclable. They also happen to have great customer service :)

What a great company. We have an account manager who is professional and so friendly (and efficient) and I have also contacted customer service who dealt with my request promptly too. You can tell it's a happy environment as it comes across when you liaise with them.

Excellent products, great company - the ease of the subscription is really useful, and the ability to change things as and when needed. Comfortable products, and the only time I've needed customer service they were really quick and keen to rectify!

It made my day when I found a plastic free period company and 2 years later I am still using their pads, tampons and liners. The customer service is incredible and delivery is nearly always speedy! Couldn’t recommend trying them enough.

As someone mostly housebound with difficult, irregular bleeding the subscription delivery service has been great for me, especially as I need to use organic cotton products so cannot rely on friends to drop in supplies from local shops. These products give as reliable protection as conventional products unlike other natural products I have tried. Tampons that can be used for 8 hours mean I can actually get some sleep!
When I have contacted customer services (I found the light pads are too narrow and so the wings come unstuck) they have been really nice and engaged. Lost a star simply because of this issue with the light pads.
Also LOVE that there is the option to donate products.

I recently tried the TOTM menstrual cup, and I'm thrilled with the results. As someone who wasn't a fan of tampons and wanted a more sustainable option, I decided to give the cup a try. While there was a slight learning curve initially, after a few attempts, I mastered it. Now, I can confidently say that it has made my gym sessions much more comfortable and mess-free. I love how this reusable and sustainable period product has improved my overall experience.

Regarding the TOTM company, my product arrived super quickly. :)

I like the thought that I won't be contributing to more waste being added to landfill. It makes me feel better to know that these will biodegrade hopefully meaning a greener future for my children. Thank you for providing a good quality product that is good for the user and the world. The delivery is fast, and there's an easy to use ordering system too! Win win!

I've seen reviews of people struggling with the applicators but they just need to be twisted first and then they are easy to use.
I much prefer using these products compared to my old usuals! Feel like there's less risk using them because of the materials used! They're lovely, soft and absorbent!

Brilliant quality product and range of products! Such an easy subscription which can be changed any time. Products delivered to my door so I am never caught short. Also added bonus of the companies great passion for sustainability!

I started buying the pads back in Jan 2021 and they have been great in reducing my period cramps significantly which is why I continue to buy them.

The only flaw is, that I’ve noticed that the smell of the pads themselves have changed, so when I take them out of the box, I notice a different smell to before. The smell used to be quite neutral, but now it has a scent which I’m not sure I like. I’m wondering if the material has changed since first buying them.

Apart from that, they’re not awful but I will probably be changing brands soon.

Love the concept but the menstrual cup sizing is WAY off and the website gives no practical measurements to explain, i.e. “size x has a diameter of x”. As a result I’m left with a painful Size 2 cup when Size 1 might have worked better. PS. I’m over 30, no kids and Size 2 is still too big/painful to use.

Edit: TOTM are sending me out a free Size 1 cup. Really appreciate the gesture and I hope this smallest cup works out better for me.

I love using this company. It's fantastic to have the tampons delivered through my door and also to have the flexibility on dates of delivery through the subscription. I really love the message of feeling free and able to talk openly about your period. All of the products I have used are comfortable and work as they should.
One of my favourite features of this company is being able to donate products to a charity. Such a great idea!

My period pain isn't half as bad as it usually is and I am convinced it's down to their products. I had no idea how many chemicals are in other brands and so happy I found TOTM.

TOTM have been an absolute life saver. As a sufferer of Endometriosis, I struggle to find period care that is comfortable - let alone sustainable and made with organic materials. TOTM ticks all the boxes! I have tried their face mask and chocolate too - and I can confirm both are fantastic. Orders have all arrived super swiftly, and the customer service is always second to none.
