The installation was fantastic. The company that does the installation let me know every step of the way what was happening with my appointment they told me date, sent me a confirmation and on the day sent the expected time of arrival. Work was neatly and professionally done. The engineer was mannerly polite and knowledgeable.

Excellent service, well pleased

3rd time engineer has come out today and still getting poor reception/ loosing signal. First time engineer put it out front of property when replacing sky dish, didn’t work, contacted BT, another engineer came out few weeks later, moved it to gable end higher up this time, still not working, cutting out when cars go by. Today for the 3rd time engineer came out, asked why not on roof like all over houses, explained doesn’t need to be, moved higher, replaced Arial, and now tonight with no cars going past just a bit of wind the signal is awful. Honestly feel like hitting my head against wall. 3 times theyv come out and if anything it’s worse!

Excellent service from Dean. Come out and installed Arial and helped me set up both TVs. Very friendly would recommend.

I have just moved house and was feeling frazzled and overwhelmed, surrounded by boxes and chaos!
So I was immensely grateful to Malcolm for his help setting up my internet, TV, DVD player and landlines.

From start to finish great communication and great service. Dean came round to set up our tv aerial for BT. I left a note on the door as I was working from the office at the back of the garden and wouldn't hear the doorbell to drop me a call when he arrived he did then whilst he was installing the aerial I was able to continue working he got everything done fast and communicated everything when has done and once he was finished I walked into Dean hoovering up after himself and spoke about what has been done and showed me the aerial on the outside and how the cables run.. Showed me how the TV channels are set up!! Overall very happy with the service and how he left everything clean and tidy! Great service and very friendly guy! Thank you Dean!

Brilliant service from TSG re installation of Hive Alarm system. Charlie our installation engineer did a fantastic job, explained every step in the process and a brilliant instruction coarse regarding the use of the alarm. TSG were unable to add an additional BT line due to poor signal strength in my geographical area. After a very informative explanation from Engineer Chris Thornton, we were able to install FreeSat there and then from an existing unused satellite dish - right through to TV set up and demonstration of operation. I cannot fault the service or professionalism of TSG and this particular engineer. Even the small things like how carefully he drilled through the wall, so as not to 'pop' the brick externally. Highly, highly recommended.

Had Dean out to our house this morning after recently moving into a new build house in Wordsley. We haven't had any Freeview channels since moving in even though I've paid for the full BT package......very annoying. Dean managed to get it sorted for us and now we have working aerials! Excellent communication throughout with updates on when he was coming to us and what time...very professional and very happy with the service provide by TSG.

I had a major problem, with my tv, not being able to watch any TV. The previous people sent out by BT, 3 times, they came out, and said it had been fixed. Oh no it had not!!! It worked for a few days, then the same fault came back. This happened again, calling them out, short fix, fault again. It meant that I read books but missed my TV. They told me I needed a new aerial, and booster. I purchased a booster, but did not purchase an aerial. THE BOOSTER WAS NOT NEEDED. Problem came back, no TV. I called them out 3 times, but it still not able me watch TV. With lockdown, the TV not working was a major problem.
BT then sent me "Totalsupportgroup.com" He was able to rectify the problem, confirming that a new aerial was not need. This was one visit, listened, investigated, rectified, and problem solved.
If BT wants to save money, get rid of the useless Company, and they will also save money, and customers will be happy.

Malcolm arrived on time and soon got to work trying to locate the strongest signal. Clearly knew what he was doing and explained each step as he went. Polite, professional and would strongly recommend.

Kept informed regarding arrival time. I was the last job of the day however Scottie and his partner were cheerful, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. Great job delivered well ! Many thanks.

Malcolm arrived and swiftly began the search for the best site for the aerial & best 4g signal, found it within minutes. Gone from 1 bar to full signal, more than doubling my download/upload speed. The full installation was totally professional & Malcolm’s knowledge around 4g is second to none. Exceptionally courteous & polite.

Malcolm was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He arrived promptly and completed the installation in awful weather, but was completely good natured throughout.

Malcolm really did go above and beyond, he found the issue, replaced and moved the aerial as well as sorting a problem with the face-plate that he really didn't have to do just to ensure we are getting the maximum signal possible. Very thorough, checked and tested everything! Just wish he had come originally!

Charlie was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining the way my new system worked. I would totally recommend this company to install Hive products.

Chris Thornton visited today to sort out why we were not getting any Freeview channels. Chris very quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. He was reliable, trustworthy and his work clean and tidy.
