At a time when we're striving to support the dairy industry this company is letting it down massively.
Milk (both homogenised and full fat in glass bottles) goes off within two days despite a week long (!) use by date. Sure Totally Welsh will try to blame incorrect storage by the consumer but never had a problem until my milkman switched to this company. Come on Totally Welsh, sort your act out, you are not just letting yourself down but the dairy industry as a whole who are facing enough struggles without you selling their milk less than fresh.

The ability to log in as a customer and view and adjust our order was very valuable. This ability was taken away, in theory for an upgrade, sometime around the beginning of July. Despite repeated enquiries to customer services, no one has replied to say when the customer login we will return. This 'upgrade' process is very poor.

The company do not reply to emails promptly. More importantly they miss lots of promised deliveries. Then one has to telephone them to make sure that no charge is made for milk not delivered. I ask whether they wish to deliver to private houses in Bridgend or want to concentrate on businesses, elsewhere.

We were canvassed on our doorstep by a very nice man, based on his presentation I was prepared to sign up for 3 deliveries a week. The first delivery arrived at about 6.30pm on Wednesday 31st July, but no further deliveries were made to date.
I did receive a telephone call to inform me of their new delivery dates for my area, but alas, no deliveries arrived. I messaged them to reconfirm the new delivery days just in case I had it wrong, but there was no reply from them.
So, therefore I have now messaged them and emailed them to cancel any further orders as I no longer wish to deal with this company.

Shocking delivery service recently. My Friday milk was delivered at 11.30pm on Thursday!!! Not good enough. Will be cancelling my order from now.

Well l was blaming my local CK store and bring back milk ALL the time,l bought 1ltr of full fat milk yesterday dated 25th May today stinks,

Tried multiple times to sign up with them but they ghosted after filling out everything including direct debit 2 months later nothing what a scam stealing info company

I have been with Totally Welsh for many years. They are very reliable re delivery and offer a range of items that are difficult for me to obtain otherwise.
However the milk I receive is often not of the best quality and on a couple of occasions has been sour. Twice in recent weeks the milk has been ‘on the turn’ on arrival and gone off within 24 hours well within the use by date. This is all very wasteful and expensive.

Actual service provided is good but they deliver in early hours of morning
and haven’t responded effectively to our complaint about milk being on doorstep from just after midnight but more commonly between 1am and 2.30am. Even skimmed milk has gone off - had to pour away 4 pints and got a refund. Not satisfactory at all now temperatures are increasing towards the summer. We got a bland reply from office about “issues being dealt with” but not much change over the last 3-4 weeks so considering cancelling after 3 years with them. They’re also failing to take direct debit payments despite having authority to do so which means we’re locked out of account when we need to change order unless we pay on a bank card. It’s confusing when this happens as you have to keep checking that they haven’t already taken the direct debit. Much room for improvement. If difficulty delivering at 5-6am milkman could do evening deliveries so at least we could take milk into the house and fridge before going to bed! Not happy and inadequate response to complaints.

Awesome service and Jim is a real hunk too. Always willing to deliver the extras with cream on top whenever asked, nicely 😉😉

Very good! Easy to use.

From four deliveries a week to two because of the ‘carbon footprint.’ The milk is much more expensive than the supermarket but I was prepared to pay that but not with two deliveries a week. Very, very disappointing.

I switched over to this milk delivery company (after having a nightmare milkman previously) one of my better decisions, they are very very professional. First class delivery,proper fresh product,clear billing very friendly and efficient head office staff. I was overwhelmed by the bunches of daffodils they delivered with my milk on St David's day. I am totally,totally wedded to this company and cannot recommend too highly,they are the rolls Royce of dairy deliveries.

Andy my milkman is reliable and print, doesn’t mind being welcomed by a chorus of dogs. The comfort given knowing that through lockdown he’d deliver not just the milk but other staples too was a godsend. I’d do & have recommended to my neighbours but don’t think they’ve taken up the service which is their loss.

I would highly recommend this company. Totally Welsh is totally reliable...and Welsh!
I have my weekly organic milk delivered and it feels good to be supporting Welsh farmers.
From time to time I order other items such as butter and I am always pleased with my order.

We love totally welsh, we get a small weekly delivery as its just the two of us, we wanted to start the glass bottle service after watching a programme on how much plastic goes into landfil each year even after you put it in the recycle bin and this was the easiest way to start our reduction of plastics.

All of the milk & juices are great, every Tuesday feels like Christmas morning running down to see if "he's been" the convenience of it all is great also as you can change your delivery dates pick different items you may have forgot on your shop and up your order or decrease all online.

Just as importantly are the ladies I've spoken to when phoning up with any inquires or questions I have, every single one of them have been amazingly helpful.
If your thinking of getting fresh milk delivered to you I would definitely recommend this company when you register for an account you do have to wait around a week for it to be set up but you won't be disappointed once it is.

Unfortunately my experience with them has been very poor. Website is great and looks easy to use but my sign up has been stuck in “awaiting administrator approval” for over 2 weeks now. I even called and they were unsure if they supplied my area but I have discovered they are supplying others. I emailed saying I was having trouble with the activation and am still waiting for them to assign a milkman to my round. (Considering they are active in this area)
They relied to an email I sent asking for my address and have now shut off all communication with me and I’ve heard nothing. So long in fact that I have found a milkman who does supply and has been delivering this week Despite them not even getting back to me about their service. So glad I decided not to give them my bank details when signing up or I would have been very concerned by now. Great expectations with the website but very sadly let down by the customer support so I’ve never properly been able to use them.
